AT&T Store, Manchester MO

So sorry to have to report a very negative experience at this store. I had gone in just to get a new sim card. While there, a salesman told me I could save money by switching plans. I was extremely happy with my plan, but he assured me it would save money. Needless to say, it didn't save me money-my wireless bill doubled! I have spent countless hours (I lost count after 20 hours) trying to get my old plan back, and trying to be "made whole". Still, after 3 months of trying, no success. Please, Buyer Beware. Sure don't want others to have to waste their time and hard earned money by experiences like this one. Especially now.

Saqib gave me the best help and professional service of any att representative. You are fortunate to have him as an employee.

This location is not even a genuine at n t one. The nearest corporate at &t store disapproves of them. Worst customer service and rude behaviour. The closest genuine at& t store is at the des Peres location.

Told me to hang up because he has a customer in the store.

This Manchester rd.location LIES ABOUT PRICES and WILL NOT HELP YOU CANCEL - DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION - they are awful and the MANAGER IS RUDE not helpful and LIES ABOUT PRICES! NOT HAPPY!

Attitude goes a long way. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. I always leave this store location in a good mood. That does mean a lot to me as a customer.

I had a bunch of issues with my billing and I was done dealing with people over the phone so I went into a store and I’m thankful I did! They went above and beyond to keep me a happy customer!

I love when I go here because I don’t just get one person that helps me I get an entire team! Everyone there is super friendly and have amazing customer appreciation!

I went in there and was worried when I only saw one guy working and he was already helping someone. However, D'Angalo Crosby was done helping that customer in less than 10minutes and it was my turn. I came in to get help setting up my new SIM card that was giving me some trouble. D'Angalo greeted me with a great attitude and fixed the issue so fast, I didn't realized everything was complete. He even gave me some advice about what future sim card problems. I feel confident with his knowledge and the level of expertise. My experience has been a very good one and I will definitely come back again. Thank you!

They were amazing here. No problems what so ever. And I will most definitely rely on this store from now on. Out of all local AT&T stores, this one is by far the best. I recommend everyone to come here if you want a new phone. They helpe sign me up with tv services as well, and I saved money overall!

I originally went into the Ellisville store and the never acknowledged me. So after 10 minutes I left and went to the Ballwin location. I was helped by Devin. He was awesome. Helped me right away and helped me with my selection. Very professional the entire time. He added a lot of helpful information. He is an asset to this location. No wonder you put him as the manager. Wonderful representative of this company. I will never go to another location.

Devon? And John? I think. Were funny and helpful and helped us save money and made our wait while we added on to our existing services enjoyable. The other location on Manchester seriously blows and has been over-charging my mom and I for many years

I went to Office Max, Best Buy and 2 ATT stores. The Manchester location was the only place that solved my cable problems! Thank you John. I will only go to this location for any ATT service from now on.
