Greetings At&t. Thank you for this time to share.

I recently visited the Chesterfield Valley store, Friday January 20th. This, after a bad experience at the Creve Coeur location-the same day.

When I entered the store, Bri greeted me with a smile. I was already tense, but I needed to vent. (poor staff) I IMMEDIATELY asked to speak with Seth. I had spoken to Seth earlier on the phone with a question, so I knew who I was asking for. My demeanor may have appeared aggressive and ugly, but I was on a peaceful mission. I was escorted by Bri to Seth and began to talk about my experience at the other store.

Seth listened to me. He apologized for my experience. He was VERY courteous and kind. My issue:
I purchased a phone online with a young lady who was equally as professional as Seth. (I submitted a survey for her too) I needed to set up my phone but had a hard time. I didn't think my issue was minute but no matter, Seth was there to assist me with whatever my need was. My visit lasted more than it needed to, and it was time for Seth to leave. Ian took over. My visit got better from there. I had to return the next day to complete my set up. I did. Seth, Ian, Bri and Denver were all there again, as pleasant as they were the day before. I was gratified and appreciative. As other customers entered the store, they excused themselves to tend to them. They assured me, I was not forgotten about. They were great with the other customers too.

Man, I tell you-the Fantastic Four was definitely on the job. I observed them as they worked with other customers, they did not miss a beat. I have been an At&t customer since At&t was Southwestern Bell. I have landline and internet service also. This review is to spotlight the hard work and diligence Seth, Ian, Denver and Bri come to work to put in everyday. Please see to it they are rewarded. I know we as customers can be downright rude and stupid. I'm no exception. I'm not the best At&t customer, but I do try. Let this be an example, customers DO pay attention and watch what goes on and what does not go on in the store. No matter how big or small, it is all important. There is no shortage of competition to switch. It would not have been worth it. For if I had, I would not have met this great team of individuals. Be blessed. Thank you.

I am blown away with the customer service at this store. I've always had all questions answered and when I had questions about my bill they went through every item with me.

Not helpful. They tried but, in the end, could not address my problems and the number they provided was similarly unhelpful. I'm in a deep hole. Big dumb company seems to fit. After four hours, I've made zero progress. Ugh.

I found Grayson to be super helpful! I'm totally lost with all of this stuff, and they were very patient and explained everything well without making me feel dumb. I would definitely recommend this store, and Grayson, to service anyone who is in need of help with AT&T

I was told to make an appointment online and did. When I arrived at the store, neither of the associates said a word or even looked at me to acknowledge my presence. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes, I asked about the appointment I had made and was told that maybe someone could be with me in fifteen minutes and that the rep was on his lunch break. Needless to say, the service was poor, the associates were rude, and making an online appointment as they told me to do was of no use at all. I will not be returning to this store.

I was immediately greeted by Grayson. I asked for help regarding my plan/usage/managing data. She was on top of it right away, showed me where to look on the phone to check and looked up my acct to make sure I was on the correct plan. She was so attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The gentleman that was working with her was very friendly.they were a good team. Thank you for all your help! Highly recommend this store!

The sales staff at the ATT store in Chesterfield Valley are all very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with the service that I received with the purchase of my upgraded phone.

Anthony did me right! I have been coming to phone places for years and grieve them. He fixed my issues in less then 10 minutes. I hope I don’t have issues in the future but if I do I will be back to see him. Happy customer.

Great service here.took care of everything I needed! Staff was super friendly and thanks to Anthony I got a great deal for myself and the family! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Grayson was efficient and answered all the questions I had about fiber and phones. I had no idea that I could get cell phone service for 25% off because of the fiber I just had installed. Moving my services to AT&T will save me more than I expected! Thanks Grayson for all of your help!

I'm an existing customer, and I spoke to Anthony early this afternoon. He was kind and helpful in answering my questions. I've had some associates try to rush me and were condescending, but I haven't had a bad experience at this location.

Wanted to know more about the new Apple Watch and to see if they knew anything about the new iPhone. Was greeted by quickly and the service was really friendly. Thinking about moving from sprint to att when the new phone comes out, so I’ll come back and make the switch then.
