AT&T Store, Kirkwood MO

Pathetic customer service. Nobody here deserves their job. Will not help customers obtain account information, sends you out of the store and tells you to call customer service.

Originally went to a location near me to fix a working phone but an occasional SIM card issue and walked out with no signal and we can't help you call att. Went to this sunset hills location and the gentleman there fixed this problem in a matter of 5 total minutes.

Just wanted to let him know I appreciate his help a lot.

Malcolm and Gabrielle were wonderful. They were professional and patient. They solved my problem and I couldn’t be happier. They are valuable employees.

This was a fantastic experience. They were short staffed but they were so patient and helpful. I give them 5 stars for excellent customer service. Ennis and Gabby were so attentative. They helped me get my daughter her first phone and they upgraded me to an iPhone. Thank you for being so wonderful. I came in to upgrade my phone and everyone there was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was raining and near closing time and the manager work with me to make sure I had service. Thank you!

Was greeted immediately and helped quickly. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, just helpful. Grandson needs a new phone and the gentleman was able to give me some good options. I'll take him there tomorrow to get one. Also made some changes to my account. Great experience.

The store was supposed to open at 11 am on a Sunday (no one ever showed up, we waited until 11: 15. They lost sales and received a poor review. Very unprofessional to not even show up.

Went over different phones with me and asked me lifestyle questions to help me determine which phone suited me best along with which plan! I purchased a new iPhone from this location and had a very poor experience. The person I dealt with was nice during the sales process but was incredibly mean (borderline abusive) after when I had a few questions about the set up /trade in process. I’ve never been spoken to in that manner by a clerk at a store. After being customers for 25+ years, my husband and I will be switching carriers. DO NOT send your parents or anyone who may have questions to the KW location. AT&T would be embarrassed if they actually cared about their customers.

My husband and I visited this store on Monday. It was clean and the employees were helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Tim Schaeffer! He made things easy, checked our plan to make sure we were getting in be best rate. Would recommend!

The staff at 1263 in Kirkwood was not only rude, but I received different information on the process different times I went in from the same manager. They are completely incompetent.

I visited the Kirkwood store to upgrade my Iphone, and I learrned that this is a retailer store. The sales rep was not properly trained or professional. I would avoid the store at all costs.

Called to see what they have to offer for switching to them. They picked up and hung up before i could even talk.

Talk about rude.

Caleb S.was the only employee at this location for about the first hour. Unfortunately, that first hour about 12 people came in at one time, including myself. Caleb being only 1 person, could only help 1 person at a time. But, he greeted every person that came in and was very friendly. I appreciated that he didn't seem to get frustrated or overwhelmed. I felt bad for him, but he handled it very well. Thankfully, help eventually came in for him. But, I had the pleasure of dealing with Caleb and he made everything quick and easy. Keep doing what you're doing Caleb, appreciate your help! Thank you

My husband and I switched from TMobile to AT&T and after a couple of days my phone stopped working. I went to this store for assistance (which was not the store that we purchased our phones from originally). Elmer and Caleb were amazing. Diagnosed the problem very quickly (it was not an obvious problem) and got everything working again. So knowledgeable and competent I would 100% recommend this store.
