16Came into this store to upgrade my phone. Sales person was nice but upsold me without telling me. When I came in to complain she was "I told you what would get you the best savings. " When I asked her to void the sale, she just said "take the phone to UPS and send it back. There's nothing i can do. " Guess once they get their commission customer service ends. I would not recommend using this store.
Run as fast as you can away from this store! The say things will be cheaper but They add on things you don’t want or even asked for. My bill has been up to $400 each month since May for only two phone lines. I have been in and out of that store every month with a phone issue and my bill issue. Call CS is all I get … so I call Cs.they say call the store … RUN RUN RUN!
If you go don’t ask for Dakota. He’s nice when you want to upgrade your phone.because then he can add on extra phone lines and accessories that you never asked for without your knowledge. I’m assuming so he can make extra commission off people. But when you call the store because your bill is way higher than what you were told they can’t do anything about it and make you call customer service. Customer service tells you to go back to the store. Don’t recommend anyone go to this ATT location.
I needed help with an App that kept notifying. Kyiah turned off the notification and just like that the problem was solved. Thanks for her service. She is a credit to your staff.
Wildly on interested in providing information or assistance. Said I needed to go to a corporate store but told me it was "the one next to cheeseburger cheeseburger".
Took three more questions to find out it was on Manchester.

I was very pleased with the reps help, Kyiah was very patient and answered all my questions.
We purchased 2 I-watches and signed up for fiber internet service. Dakota and Keisha were very helpful in providing information, helping us take advantage of the best deals, and helping with some set up for the watches. We encountered a problem because of a unique situation. Dakota patiently tried to figure things out and did come up with a idea which helped deal with things.
Our fiber was hooked up the next day and things were up and working right away.
Opened a new account in this store, agree with a package plan. But it turned out the plan is messed up and charged me a lot more. Went back to the store, they looked at the bill, surprisingly they said they did not remember me and the billing is accurate! Spent a lot of time calling customer service, finally they refunded. But still spend a lot time to call to change the plan.
I just moved to the area and needed a new phone plan since Verizon didn’t work too well here, and was so pleased with my experience! Armon was super helpful in getting me the best plan for the lowest price, and was able to get the newest iPhone as well as Apple Watch for much less than I anticipated! Very happy with my experience here!
I’ve been to this location twice, and both times the representative on duty was unwilling to help or guide us on how to proceed with updating our contract or getting a new phone. Took our business to T mobile instead and got exemplary service there.
Chris is great Patience of a saint! I gave it 5 stars because of Chris.
Accidentally gave it one star and couldn’t remove. (I’d have to go back and have Chris sow me how to erase it!
Alec, store manager, was great and very knowledgable. Fixed my sim card issue and described how my new phone warranty will help in the future.
Chris is extremely helpful. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend this store because of Chris.
My husband and I both needed new phones and visited the Town and Country location. We were greeted right away and worked with Chris. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We went over all options and both ended up with exactly what we wanted and needed with no pressure. I had an issue with my old phone and trying to transfer the info to my new phone and Chris bent over backwards to help resolve this. When I came back later in the evening to pick up my new phone I worked with Alex who was also very professional and knowledgeable.
Short wait time, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend this AT &T. Manager is great. Took the time to write instructions for me. (Now that’s what I call service)
Alex was great! Very helpful and willing to stay after store hours to get me up and running again. He worked hard to find the best and most cost effective solution for our family. Great experience!
