The employees aren't particularly nice or rude, they're just not helpful/nonexistent. This is the worst AT&T store I've ever been to. We had left a different service for AT&T, trying to get new phones set up and all. The wait wasn't too long before some got to us. The employee "tried" to help us for about 5 minutes then told us to call a number for help then walked away. We sat there for almost 4 hours and didn't get any help via phone call or in person. We weren't acknowledged after the employee walked away even though we were there for 4 hours. We asked for additional help 2.5 hours in from a different employee, explaining our situation trying to become customers of AT&T and this person said they would be right with us. They never came over to us. We asked again, firmly, 3 hours in to this stating we haven't got anywhere and no one is helping us. Still no help. The employees on the other end of the phone hung up on us multiple times, we called back and had to explain the situation over and over and over again. It was tiresome trying to get setup with AT&T. We ended up leaving with no solution and AT&T could have a big paying customer for with a large family. AT&T is the worst company to deal with, it's like they hire people who don't know anything and don't give them any training. If I could give this location and this company negative stars I would. I would avoid AT&T and this location.
