Cole was the absolute best! Helped me retrieve contacts after I got locked out! Was patient and helped me learn how to use my phone! Dont go to any other AT&T Store this is the absolute most phenomenal store

Poor customer service, called ahead asking about the newest iPhone, Zach confirmed availability. When I arrived I was greeted and told 1 women was in front of me. Once she was taken care of I was avoided until I eventually had to leave. Not to mention I was wanting upgrade my device. Since I’m an existing customer the associate went from helpful to distant. Avoiding eye contact and seeming to be “busy” until I left. Highly disrespectful. This happens EVERYTIME I go to upgrade. Why offer upgrade if employees are incentivized to NOT sell the newest model to LOYAL customers. My issue isn’t with Zach. It is with the older gentleman that was responsible for checking me in.

I voiced that I was having frustrations with my internet provider, and was promised a much better experience with ATT. Sai guided me through the process of switching my service to fiber, and I have yet to be disappointed. It's like a night and day difference, and I wouldn't have even known I had the ability to get this service without Sais' expertise. If he tells you he can deliver, he can.

Staff was rude. Wouldn't help older customers consistently. I will not use their service.

Updated our phones after a long time having the old ones. Angela helped us and was great! Explained and wrote down the options of our upgrades, got everything transferred, and helped us set up a few things she knew we’d need right away. It took a few hours and she was easy to visit with and attentive to accomplishing everything. We’ve used this store for a couple decades (which translates to a few upgrades) and each time have had great service.

Zack was awesome! I was having a bad day but he listened to my concerns and rectified the issue seamlessly. Detailed what was done, made sure my account reflected what I wanted and explained what I should expect on my bill. Offered suggestions for future purchases (and current specials). He went above and beyond with customer service and made sure I left with a smile. Overall, excellent experience and I am glad to have met and shared a laugh or two. You rock!

Daniel was outstanding. My 87-year-old mother moved into an apartment after selling her house of 30+ years… She was very nervous about changing technology is the apartment building. She moved into used only AT&T. Daniel was a breath of fresh air— making her move easier and the technology divide a little easier to manage.
A week later, we had a small hiccup with her screen, once again Daniel stepped in to solve the problem. Highly recommend Daniel.
