AT&T Store, West Plains MO

Very satisfied, Steve was a big help with getting my phone upgraded and was so friendly and knowledge about the stock at the store! He made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the store and made sure I got everything I needed to make sure my phone was operating correctly and smoothly. He was quick to get me helped and was able to answer all my questions.

To be honest the Manager of this location is the worst fit. You have a assistance Manager and staff that are what I think you want.when you walk in and you feel comfortable and get the service you came in for is a complete comfort. So the star's are for the staff. They do a great job thank you for that.

Very good experience. Aaron took the time to set up my daughters Apple Watch with cellular and made sure everything was in working order. Have used this store for years and have always been happy with their service

Steve is by far the worst employee at that store yet is also the manager, he doesn't "upsell" he badgers customers. By far one of the worst managers in any business I have ever dealt with and I'm normally pretty laid back but this guy is just pushy, arrogant, and belligerent to the Nth degree. Other employees and customer service is great and cell coverage is amazing, he's the only bad part about my experience with AT&T

Working with Sydney was a pleasure. She was quick to handle adding my new phone line and was knowledgeable about the plans and options. I will definitely be asking for her in the future!

Lost my phone in the river, so i went in and said, "I lost my phone in the river and need a new phone. " Instead of the guy asking me did i have insurance on the phone, he actually sold me a new phone. Never botherec AT ALL to tell me that insurance would have covered that.

Went got a new phone the guy named Aaron I think he was the manager very helpful and I got exactly what I needed

DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO RECEIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! The larger gentleman is ZERO HELP! What he told me would take 1.5 hours in store I accomplished on my own within 10 mins on the phone.

Police report for theft of property filed. They stole and its not right. Jordan helped me with a phone trade in 6 months ago on a galaxy trade in promo. The transaction was what I thought, seamless and pleasant. He indicated that in 2 to 3 cycles, I'd see the cost of the new phone disappear from my bill. On month 4,5&6 I chatted with ATT online. They said hang on, some times it takes time for credits to show. I opened a case with ATT. ATT referred me back to store to resolve and conveniently, the employee doesn't remember a thing. The store cant find or do anything. They referred me back to ATT corporate. They have no trace or record of the device I traded in! The trade in was not processed at all, my old phone is gone.who knows who has it and I'm stuck paying on a supposedly free phone for 36 months! Ps.been a faithful ATT customer since 2000. Maybe not so much now.

Horrible customer service, we have been customers with AT&T for along time. We will definitely find another store in the future.

Great experience! Answered all questions with easy to understand explanations. Steve made great suggestions that saved me money and time. All accesories were available and I left the store with everything I needed. Highly recommend this store and employees.
