We were very satisfied with Mason who helped us upgrade to an Apple 15 I phone. He was very professional and personable. He was able to transfer data and communicate his thoughts to us.
Josh was awesome to work with. He walked me through the changes and listened to what I had to say that I wanted to keep on my account. I highly recommend the Ozark AT&T store - bonus I walked right in and was helped. No waiting an hour plus just to talk with an agent!

Had a horrible experience with Christian B.today. Very misleading poorly trained, and was blatantly lying to my wife before I came in. This level of service is subpar and will lead to more trouble than a few bad reviews. Once I asked for management he refused and said I could go to corporate. I was not in his words “entitled to that information”. Spoke to another Store Manager of a different location. Clarifying what occurred and passed along the needed information to upper management. Also called customer service and had my wife file a complaint. Please have management reach out to me to go over the situation as I would like to make you aware of the exact details of this interaction and how my 6 month pregnant wife was deceived by your employee as well as the situation with myself. Thank you. Will update if their is resolution.
