15I dread going phone shopping. Too many choices, too much enough info and rude sales force. The second I walked in Hannah could see my hesitation and came over with a big smile that instantly put me at ease and it was smooth from then on. I walked away happy with a phone I love.
Would be nice if the workers didn't try so hard to out hustle you. Came to the store to switch from my old carrier. They did everything they could to sell me a phone (for free, which we all know it is not free) left the store unsatisfied. Last time visiting the store. Very disappointed. Will be keeping my old carrier.
Brett at the Gravois AT&T location was a really helpful AT&T representative. I had issues with how to work my phone.to how to replace my broken screen.to. I needed ear buds, & he showed me three different kind. I also bought a wireless charger! I felt like he wasn’t just trying to sell products, but he was making sure I received what I needed. Thank you Brett!
Not really happy, I told the sales rep that I wanted a Samsung phone. He kept pushing an LG which I did not want. He even went as far as the say that the only remaining Samsung Galaxy CEO in store was pink.but to be honest I would rather have a pink version of a phone that I wanted AND pay an extra $5-10 a month for the phone I wanted. Now if O want to be happy, I'd have to mess my plan up, pay a $55 restocking fee, and sales tax on yet another phone. This type of thing is the reason that I hate sales people.
Matt Wells was awesome. He took care of all four of us at the same time (super impressed me) and helped us get through it as quickly and painlessly as possible! They sent Zach to another store to grab our new phones while Matt worked to set our new account up and when the phones arrived we were set up and ready to go! They are funny, smart and very helpful group of guys!
Stopped in to pay my cell phone bill. The place was empty except for the employees and they didn't really seem that interested in me once they knew I was just there to pay my bill. So, I paid it & left.
Moses took care of our Apple Watch cellular issue and we were out the door quickly! Super friendly and great service. Will be coming here for any future issues!
Just needed some accessories for the iPhone. Employee was not very helpful. And a little snarky. They suggested I go to Best Buy. So I did, they were nicer quicker and actually carried the most basic things one needs with an iPhone. AT&T pass. Best Buy lovin it.
Great service. Moses helped with both our phones. We will be back if we need service or to upgrade our phones.
The person who waited on us (Luke), was cold. He seemed bored and bothered that he had to wait on us. A lot of sighing and acting like we were a bother. It was on January 18,2019 about 5 in the evening. My daughter came to buy a phone. The more we thought about it the angrier we got.
I ran in to pay my GoPhone bill in cash. I do this every so often. Very nice staff. I've had a GoPhone for 15 years. Only Service Provider that services my home. I'm built into the side of rolling hills.
Joe was extremely helpful. The 5 stars were given because I came in got what I wanted and Joe did not try to oversell me. It was an easy shopping experience which I appreciate.
