We came in today to get a new tv. The owners were extremely nice and the price of the tv was very reasonable. They actually followed us home and installed it in 15 minutes. We are very happy and will definitely go back as needed.

Seemed to be good people, told me it was a 75 dollar deposit for tv repair. Which was no problem. Then proceeded to let me know I can use it for store credit. Their diagnostic was what I already knew and discussed with them. They kept my tv and told me I have to buy one from their store to use store credit deposit. The deposit could not be used besides towards a tv no other store items. Also lost my tv mount and screws. Really upsetting. Just a lose lose situation. Only thing they could tell me was that’s are fee, for looking at the tv. Which a labor fee is understanding. Just the business aspect is unprofessional and more like a hustle

Love this place, They have great products for great prices and are very knowledgeable about hooking up all devices.

If you need a TV repaired don't go here because they will rip you off. They charge you a deposit and if your TV can't be repaired you don't get your deposit back you have to use as store credit towards a TV they have.

I had Audio Video Professionals install a TV antenna on my home so that I could cut the Cable cord and I have never mad a better decision! They did an amazing job. Wonderful service, friendly, helpful. I will be back! Thanks AVP! AVP is a VIP!

Bought a car stereo for my son in August, spent $700 for radio and install. Felt it was overpriced but worth making my son happy. After installing my sons car battery kept draining. They made us wait 4 more weeks tried to fix it they claim. Still draining and in 1 night. So not only can he not drive his new mustang but we are out 700 dollars since they will not refund. It is now November 6 and they have yet to fix it, they did install a Kill switch under the hood so he can at least drive his car! Now after yesterday’s attempt and fail they said he will have to wait until December 10th to get his Old radio put back In and we are out $700 and 6months of frustration and patience! They should be coming in on their day off to fix his car after this long, will NEVER use them again!

Not impressed at all. I spent a lot of money on my system. And they installed it very poorly. And used cheap wire.

Disappointed. Scam artist. The price of an enclosure fluctuates 40 buck because of the price of wood when purchased said 139 in box and on phone then charged 179.

Very helpful and very respectful answered all my questions and didn't push me. I would recommend them to anybody get prices and fast.

I have purchased small appliances and car, boat and home audio systems from AVP over the years. They always are very helpful and know what they sell. I feel they don't try to oversell their products. They listen to you and help you in your selections.
Recently I purchased a Samsung TV, blue ray and a Yamaha surround sound system. They set everything up and showed us how use it. The best picture and audio I have ever had! I later installed an antenna (That I purchased from AVP) for local stations and they helped me over the phone to program for this new input. Prices are good. Quality and service are always excellent! I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend AVP!

What a GEM of a place! I looked EVERYWHERE for a digital fiber optic cable over 15 ft long for a home theater installation I was doing for a client. Did the box stores have anything? NOPE! Called up, spoke to Zach and he told me they had them! AND to boot they had the length of HDMI I needed for a FRACTION of the price of the box stores. Seriously, this place will be my new #1 for all audio/visual electronic supplies. And when I get ready to work on my car's stereo again, you'll definitely be seeing me.

I was very skeptical to put a brand new 10” sub in my subcompact 2020 Chevy Spark. I went ahead with it anyway and I am very pleased with the subwoofer and the installation they did. Very reasonable people, would recommend.
