Old motel with very nice rooms. No old smells. This place is great! Fast wifi connection. I'll stay here again.

Very clean rooms and common areas - including the carpet. Quiet at night and a friendly owner. Will definitely stay again.

This place was so clean, queit and comfortable after 7 days on the road! Pet friendly, with a great place for the dog to run. Host was extremely nice & friendly.

Owner threatened me with a gun after I questioned the price which was 50% higher than advertised online. I am a disabled veteran who needs to walk with a cane. He knows who I am now. Beware of this biker tough guy wannabe with an attitude. The hotel rooms are nice and clean but the owner is a loose cannon. There is nothing around this town, rooms are cheaper in St. Joseph and less hassle. He took my money, then wouldn't let me stay there and refused to refund it then threatened me. Jerk!

Worthless scumbag. Look at the receipt before you sign it. He has you sign on a shelf above eye-level and then presents the receipt saying No Refunds as his counter-claim. All the while talking to you so he doesn't let you get your attention on what you are signing. Apparently the local Police Chief accepts his word that we didn't see the gun. Find somewhere else to stay and save the headache.

Very well kept, clean and and safe feeling. Privately owned and everything the weary travel could ask for.

We were passing though on our bike. The owner greeted us in front of the hotel with a beer right when we parked. He's a fun guy to talk to with a lot of stories. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent!

Stayed here in April, the owner was very nice, gave me a beer during check in, and we talked for about 45 minutes, it was a Bud Light, LMAO Rooms where very clean, quiet, hot shower. Reading some of the 1 star reviews shows the mentality of people today. The parking lot belongs to him, abd maybe if you have asked for permission, it whould've been a different result.

Clean! Not the first word that comes to mind for a Motel. This place was SUPER clean. The owner checked us in, really nice man. He and his wife have so much pride in their motel and it shows. Thank you for a restful night sleep for two tired bodies coming from Sturgis.

I stayed here 2 years ago, we got there around 8 pm and the owner had a cold one sitting on the counter as i came in the door.
We had been riding for 750 miles on a Harley and was hot and thirsty. Great room, great service, and great people. I will be coming back this year, 2023.

We had been traveling for 2 weeks in multiple states and this was, by far, the CLEANEST motel we stayed in. Very quiet and comfortable room located in a cute small town.

People expecting a 5 star hotel should look elsewhere. What you get here is amazing customer service, a clean room albeit a basic one, and hot showers, or baths if that’s your thing. Will definitely be back and make sure to check out the great food at Quackers down the street!

We just happened to see a billboard on Interstate 29 and after reading past reviews we booked a room. Great decision! Hank (the owner) is a pleasure to talk to. He and my husband talked all things Harley Davidson. His passion to making guests feel welcomed is obvious. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. E we have been traveling for two weeks and in a different hotel every night. Audrey’s is at the top of my list for cost, comfort, safety.
