As a widow, this was the first time I have bought a car on my own. Every one I came in contact with during my purchase was helpful and respectful. The daytime running light was out, but Jared and Jason took quick care of it. The part was ordered, and service was efficient to get everything taken care of for me. My daughter and I had a pleasant experience not only with Jared and Jason, but also with Jacob in the finance department.

Honest and professional personel were a pleasant change for me. I would buy a new car here if they didn't sell Hyundai. Explained in detail my problem and what Hyundai would do. Which was disappointing.

I took my 2013 Tucson in for a software upgrade because of the ability of people using a screwdriver and a USB car to be able to start my car and steal it. It took about an hour at no charge. Pleased with how quick it went. Also put decals on my windows stating the upgrade.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The service person was friendly and helpful. As soon as I got there, they moved my car back for servicing. My car was ready to go in about 30 minutes. Super service. I will be back next time my car needs service.

This is an amazing dealership, the management and sales staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The finance manager is terrific, his knowledge of warranties is exceptional. The service department gets you in and out as quick as possible without a hitch.

Our Sonata developed a misfire and wouldn’t get past 2000 RPM or 60 miles an hour but we pulled into the Auffenberg Hyundai in Cape Girardeau and everything was made better.
