Wonderful, very nice people. I love my jeep- that was my original post. A couple days after getting home the Jeep began having issues shifting, we thought it was we just were not use to the vehicle. Then the steering wheel started shaking while driving. After about 3 weeks and trying to figure out what the issue was, the jeep stopped moving on my way to get our granddaughter. The transmission was stuck in neutral. The mechanic has put two transmissions in it and the TCM was reset by a Chrysler dealership and it acts the same. Also during this time we had to replace the alternator. So far we are out the original $7200 and almost $2000 in repairs.
The vehicles we looked at were dirty on the inside, the headliner in the jeep was filthy but was able to be cleaned. We had to wait on vehicles to be charged before driving them. This dealership obviously has no pride in the quality of vehicle they sell from mechanical to detailing the vehicles. I won't go back or recommend them.

Dropped in for a test drive today and the salesmen were very friendly and helpful. We were able to discuss price right up front and they were very transparent when we discussed the car I was looking at. I decided not to make a purchase today, but I’ll consider them again in the future.

I bought my car from Auto Nova 1 month ago, they were very interested. My car came out clean and trouble-free as they said, I thank them.

We called an hour ahead to see if a car was available to look at, we were told it was, and after driving over to view the vehicle were told the car was at the mechanic. Entirely unprofessional and infuriating, do not recommend.

Do not believe all the 5 star reviews, they have to be fake. Wife and I just drove 2 hours round trip to look at a car they had listed with no damage reported. Go there. The car has a huge dent by the gas door, the drivers side door wouldn't fully close. No biggie, we figured we'd look at there other inventory. The lot is essentially a salvage yard, at best. Every car looks like it fell off the back of a truck. Don't waste your time with this dealership, "Drive your dreams" is what was said in their email reply, that works if your only dreams are nightmares.

Eric was very dismissive. My boyfriend and I have been searching for the right car for a few months now and when we inquired to see one he said we can't even start it to check the functions till we pre aprove. Kinda dumb business is that! Nope not intrested in selling Eric? Then I'm not intrested in buying from you.

The owner was trying to sell me a car that would not start or pass emissions. Definitely NOT recommended.

Bought a 2005 Cadillac CTS with 56k on the dash for $5500.turns out, he filled it up with stop leak.got a hot inspection.and pawned it off to me.now I've fixed my cracked radiator, blown header, fried ECM, recently fixed the transmission cause it was basically rotted out by the antifreeze that got in there.and I am in the process of getting my manifolds replaced because they were warped too.not to mention he refused to help me before I started paying for repairs

Excellent customer service. Everytime I've gone the workers have been very kind and listened to what you need. The cars on the lot are reasonably priced and the buying/ trade in process is fast and simple. Highly reccomend if you need a new vehicle within your certain budget.

Great experience! Not top of the line but I’m pretty happy with my purchase. I would have liked to pay closer to what I wanted but still paid a fair price for a decent vehicle. If your looking for a reliable used car this is a good place to start!
