16Disappointed. Paid $102.00 plus tips. Windows left dirty. Lots of doggie nose prints. I paid an extra $60.00 for an interior and upholstery "detail" that left the seats looking like they might have forgotten to even vacuum. The dashboard looks like they applied armor all in streaks. Wouldn't recommend. And they weren't even busy at the moment.
It's absolutely terrible. When they asked if they did a good job, I said yes because obviously he was not anywhere capable of doing his job.
I have been using Auto Spa for a number of years. They do a great job on my car inside and out.
Substandard at best. $42 for the “ceramic” service, an additional $17 to vacuum the cargo area (which was neglected altogether), and a $10 tip. Seems to be a very poorly managed business.
Update. They lost my business!
July 2023, got sent away 5 minutes before they close after rushing up there. They either close at 6: 00 or they should advertise 5: 55 or whenever they decide to close before closing. I will not be going back!
Slow. Very slow. Some of the young guys are working really hard. I feel bad for them. Tyler the store manager is trying his best. Poorly ran business, they're setup for failure. No customer service from the Area Manager. He could careless. Big tall, bald guy. Clocked in at 8: 05 am and car was done at 10: 24 (Medium SUV) I have patience, but I don't see myself coming back. Good luck everyone.
Well this place definitely changed their standards-based brought my truck here for the first time in a couple years and you can tell they definitely are way better. Tyler there took care of me and did a better job than I could have absolutely hoped for. Definitely coming back for the monthly. Can't recommend them enough at this moment.
Always ask if the wash is working before leaving the car with the attendant. I waited 45 minutes to then find out the wash was broke down when I got there. They could have told the waiting customers.
My car was there first the guy stopped drying my car while I was standing there waiting for him to finish to go help another guy fry another car and this was the manager mind you. I’d go somewhere else if I were you!
Paid for platinum wash which includes wheels and hand towel car wasn’t dried and wheels weren’t cleaned. When I asked the guy to do it as it says on the sign! He said it wasn’t part of it so asked the other guy Brian and he said it is included! Which he proceeded to clean the wheels and hand dry the car. You guys need a new manager. And one that can read the signs posted for your business.
I went to auto spa with the highest of hopes. The Dirtiest of car. I was expecting to have my expectations scrubbed and buffed clean.
This is the condition they left my car in. I known they are on crack over there.
I paid full for everything: steam clean, auto detail, engine detail, auto interior vacuuming, full body wash, car wax, polish, scratch remove, clay bar.

We have a membership at this place. 2 weeks ago they wrecked my Lexus, they didnt mention it when my husband picked up the car. As my husband started the car and began pulling out of the lot the dashboard started throwing up notifications "secondary collision, brake system malfunction, visit your dealer". My husband pulled over inspected the car and found significant lower front end and undercarriage damage and scrapes on the tire. The employees all denied knowing that any of them damaged the car and the manager said they would "review their videos" and get back to us to resolve the damage. We have called the business almost every day since the incident, nobody is ever available to talk to us and nobody has returned our messages. Last Friday I showed up in person, the manager on duty told me he had no idea the incident even occurred. I left a written notice letter for the owner that day, still nothing.
Went back today 7 months later absolutely the worst experience,
no detailing interior not vacuumed in back seat, windows only partially cleaned. Horrible job. Took over an hour and did a horrible job. 7 months ago. Wash, vacuum, mat cleaning and upolstery cleaning. Quoted 45 minutes.one hour and 45 minutes later.great job but when the boss is away not much urgency among the employees.
Someone told me about this place and thought I’d give it a try. They did a great job! Yes it took longer than I thought it would, but they were short handed in help. It was pricey but the service was great! Even the general manager was out there pitching in! That impressed me. I will certainly keep in mind for a good detail cleaning!
Very disappointed. Windows weren’t cleaned inside car wasn’t wiped down & paid $15 extra to have interior armor all & it was just smudged here & there. This is the 2nd & last time this will happen to me because I won’t be back. Thought 1st time was lazy help. I know better now.
I I like this car wash experience a lot better than everyone else that I've been to they do an outstanding job. I even think the prices are reasonable for the job they do you pay for what you get.
