Auto Stop/Tire Pros, Kansas City MO

Came in because my engine temperature was high and they replaced thermostat and reservoir. Paid $500 and then couple weeks later it’s doing the same thing. They had it for days and then said it was the water pump and wanted $700 for it. I went to another repair shop and they took out a thermostat that looked used and it was in pieces and wasn’t put in correctly. They replaced that thermostat and car has been working fine ever since. When business was confronted on issue Mike the repairer who workers on my car was not apologetic or taking accountability for the issue really. Especially seeing that I was out of a car for a month and a half or more then to turn around and try to charge me for something I don’t need. Who’s to even say I needed the reservoir. I received a refund for the thermostat but I had to bring someone with me to ensure they didn’t try to take advantage of a female. Bad business here. I would not recommend. 0 stars

This is my mechanic, God bless Mr. Tom soul. He is a greatly missed but they are getting the job done hallelujah

I was a new customer they were very helpful, friendly. What I asked them to do, they did it no more no less. I will be a return customer. Work done in a timely manner I stayed and waited while they fixed my tire, oil change, and my head lights.

Called for a used tire and was asked for my number and told I'd be called back. 35mins has went by and I called back myself just to be told that they still haven't looked at it and that they will call me back.
This is terrible customer service.

I was in and within an hour with a brand new tire. Everyone treated me well. Great people.

This place is awesome, truly a neighborhood spot. Everyone was so nice and prices are quite fair. It's so hard to find a good place to take your car, but these guys are great!
