I typically have trouble trusting shops like these. I will say with full sincerity that this place has made me pause and do a 180 on my thinking. If you get anything out of doing business here it will be an honest job. The shop is extremely well managed. The staff is knowledgeable. Customer service is impeccable.

The entire crew at Tire Choice Auto Service is Amazing! Jerry always takes care of me and if something isn't right with my vehicles when I leave, they make it right! I will continue to take my business to them even though I live in Illinois because they do such an amazing job and are honest to a fault!

Needed a shop to take care of a loose battery cable on a Sunday. They set an appointment for 1.5 hours later and got to me on time. Tightened my cables and didn’t charge me anything although I offered to pay. Made a recommendation for down the road, but said I didn’t need anything now. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Very impressed with their service and help. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work.

I can always count the on this place to get me back on the road quickly! They are so fast and friendly and give me a great price. Definitely won’t go anywhere else for anything to do with my tires!

They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to service your vehicle. They make sure all the issue are taken care of. There is no sales pressures, just recommendations. I really like the new remodel and new management.

Thought I had 1 mail in my tire. But they found that I actually Had 2 nails in my tire. Fixed it quickly (less than 30 mins) and for a fair price.

Wonderful customer service. Had my car towed here luckily had an appointment to get new tires. I watched multiple people come in without appointments but they worked them in and got them taken care of. Excellent place to go for any of your automotive needs.

Autotire of St. Charles has always been fair and straight dealing which is amazing in a time when honest mechanics are worth their weight in gold. Always a fast turnaround and never a dishonest word at this location.

Had an appointment at noon for a simple alignment and safety inspection, I was told it would take around 2 hours to complete. I called back at 2: 30 to check on the progress, only to be told that they hadn't even started on it, and it would be done around 6. They seem to be confused on the concept of an appointment time. Needless to say I picked up my vehicle and took my business elsewhere. Terrible experience and a huge waste of my time. I would highly advise going elsewhere for any service you may need.

They could use more parking and a larger waiting area for customers. My overall experience wasn't bad. Two new tires took just over an hour during their busy time of day. I wouldn't have any problems coming back.

Friendliest staff I've ever had at an auto repair shop. I'm often concerned about being intimidated or dealing with staff constantly trying to upsell other stuff. Not the case here!

Came in the other week with a flat tire, they fixed it in no time. Great deal, great work and they all were friendly. This will be my new go to guys for car repairs. Thanks again guys ️

Traveling through St Louis area on a Sunday afternoon. Had tire taken off by Walmart who then said could not be repaired. They put donut tire on and I came the rest of the way to the city. The guys here are awesome. They were able to fix my tire and get me back on the road. Very friendly and quick service. Can't say enough good things about them. Thank you!

Great service! I went to two other tire places before going to Auto Tires. I wasted my time, I should have gone to auto tires first. They were quick and did a great job fixing my flat tire! I will go there for all my auto needs!

Got new tires, one of the balancing weights fell off as I was leaving and I can back and they helped me rebalance free of charge, very friendly service and I’ll be there again

Tyler got me in right away and got everything taken care of over night! All the guys were fantastic and extremely helpful. They explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on and gave me multiple repair options to save me the most money! I highly recomend these guys! Phenomenal, personable and they do an amazing job.
