Went to ATR for remote start on a 2003 Expedition. Paid $770 for the install. Had to bring my vehicle back because it was holding the starting contact too long. Brought the vehicle back, informed James (Mgr), not to lower windows, because they won’t raise up in cold weather. Well, he lowered them anyway. He had to remove the door panel and raise the window by hand. Never did reduce the starting contact. Left a part off, left finger/hand prints on my window. Carelessness, arrogance, and lack of respect/appreciation for the customer permeates inside this business. Wouldn’t recommend this outfit for any of my friends.

They replaced my rear view mirror with a Homelink mirror. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. And I was able to wait. Finished in less than an hour.

Got window tinting and front paint protection cover for my Kia Sportage. I made one phone call, gave me the price, brought my car in a few days later, and it was done the next day. In and out, no drama, and I didn’t have to call 1 million places to get quotes. Excellent work all around!

The bedliner looks great, only complaint is there were several screws not tightened when putting clips back on. One was sticking out half inch. Had to go back and double check,

ATR did a great job installing a remote start on my 07 Prius. Not an easy task. I had a bad 12v battery and it prolonged the install. They even gave me a ride home after they closed. Will go back for any future upgrades.thanks

Wish I came here years ago. I was recommended to ATR by my dealer to fix electrical issues. The technician here fixed it in a few minutes. I returned the next week to upgrade my audio system for a good price. Very happy customer.

Remote start was installed on my daughter’s vehicle in a timely manner. Upon picking up the vehicle they went over the warranty and directions with my daughter and had her try it to make sure she understood how to use it. Everyone was very friendly.
