Well, here is a story.headlight was out, stopped in thinking no way would they have this expensive bulb for my Volvo. Yup, they had it. Charles (employee) was afraid to tell me how much it cost. He then says politely would you like me to put it on for you? ! HECK YES I SAID! He was very professional and installed in 5-10 minutes. I then gratefully say, so, what would you like for dinner, I'm buying you dinner for helping an old lady out. He stammered and said oh no you don't have to do that.and I went to Arby's and bought the bestest meal they had! When I brought it in to him he was stunned and I left him with a smile on my face and his mouth hanging open. THANK YOU Charles for making my day.

Better than O'Reilly's, they took a tire gauge and checked my tire for me. The man at O'Reilly's put a tire gauge on the counter expected me to pay for it just to check my air.
So long as you know what you drove there (make/model/year/cylinder (funny) they can help you find reasonably priced parts for your needs; love this kind of simplicity!

This place is a joke. I waited 30 minutes to buy brake calipers because they didn't know how to subtract the core charge. I would've gone somewhere else but this is the only place that happened to have what I needed.

Was the only customer in the store, walked the store 2x. Not one of the employees said a word to me. I left with out getting what I needed. Poor customer service. Won't be returning to this AutoZone location.

Excellent customer service! Another shop was going to charge me $100 to see why my check engine light was on. AutoZone did it for free. It turns out all I needed was coolant and the employee even offered to put it in for me, even though that's not normally what they do. They went above and beyond. He helped me talk through another issue I've been having to determine the most likely cause. I plan on coming back any time I need something.
