Patrick and Russ are one of the main reason that the Autozone store at Baptist Church is great, they both are one of the best in customer service, corporate please note this and recognize them accordingly

As along as you know what you want, it is ok. The staff is fairly helpful, but I've had to return two items that were the wrong part.

Found what I needed quickly. An Autozone employee gladly checked my selections to ensure they were the right ones for my vehicle. Thank you

On November 21st, after being turned away from O'Reilly's across the street, I came to AutoZone hoping they would be able to assist in changing my headlights. I was immediately helped and was even taught how to change my own headlights in the future. I can't remember the name of who helped me, but he was amazing! The entire experience that I had here was helpful and affirming. The workers in this location are absolutely wonderful with customer service and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely would come back to this location although it is far from home.

I was on a Road Auto repair.at Loin's Choice on. Lindbergh.and I needed a spark plug gapper.
. So I G. P. S.the closest Autozone to get what I needed.

They had it and I was on my way back to the Work Site.

Needed a new battery in a pinch, they came through and saved the day! Knowledgeable staff found the right battery quickly and installed it right away. A+ 10/10 service!

Had a quick in and out for windshield washer fluid. Staff gave prompt service, which I kind of expected anyway because the place was empty.

Pat the store manager help me with our Cherokee Chief vehicle the battery was dead charge it up diagnosed it to let us know that everything was all right and it wasn't the alternator went above and beyond that's why we keep coming back been going to this place for years thumbs up for Pat thank you so much for your service you run a incredible service at this location.
