Didn't have the part I needed for a Kohler engine. Was told they have downsized their small engine inventory. Bought some gasket material there and made my own. Autozone didn't have it either, and Napa was closed.

Manager should be ashamed. Maybe they dont care, its pretty obvious. The store was filthy. Floors, shelves, counters were nasty. Employee (heavy kid) reeked of BO, was the only employee in sight. Shelves were all half empty, looked terrible. Luckily the one thing I needed happened to be stocked. Don't come here unless you have to.

I like the other place better it might be autozone too but it's at the beginning of the Blvd the guy in there is super nice

I bought a light in another city from an AutoZone and was not able to get it installed where it was purchased in St. Louis. I brought my car and the part back home to Jefferson city and the young man, Thomas, was able to install it. Great service, kind and patient. This is my second time going here for help and they have always provided quick service with a friendly attitude. Thank you Thomas at AutoZone!

I like all AUTO ZONES BECAUSE THEY CAN ATTACH A MACHINE TO YOUR CAR TO SEE WHAT IS WRONG MOST OFTEN.

4 guys at counter talking no customer service. I would suggest buying online instead of going in store-Amazon is cheaper anyways. Get exactly what you want online don't hunt and peck waste time and deal with these clowns.

Jacob tested and replaced my battery today after my car stalled at work. Quick and friendly service. Car started right away and I’m on my way home 30 minutes later. Would definitely recommend.

Karson was great to work with. The long-haired jerk not so much. Zac I think was his name. He was rude and then wanted to argue with me that he was not rude. Then he finally walked away. Karson apologized to me. Zac needs to own up and check his behavior toward customers.

I've been going to this place for about 20 years because the staff are really helpful and they usually have what I need. It seems like it's less crowded than other auto parts stores.

The Two gentlemen at AutoZone was so helpful even when I took my pickup to see if they could find what I was looking for or assist me. I have never had that much respect or treated so well better than any other parts store.they took their time never rushed or try to just get rid of me or anyting that's why I try and go there all the time I want to thank the two gentlemen for helping me I really appreciate you and you have my upmost respect. Thank you so much gentleman

Christopher G at AutoZone helped my fiance and I with a diagnostic issue with my car. He helped us check my malfunction light and determined it was a battery issue. He came out and checked my battery and determined that was indeed the issue. The battery was still under warranty so he returned it and installed our new battery all for free and with a lot of kindness! His help and knowledge were very much appreciated.

Their website showed that they had this item in stock, available, so I drove into town and guess what? They didn't have it. To their credit, they looked in a couple of crates. But what is the point of online inventory/ordering/in store pick up if a) the data is incorrect, or b) inventory mfmt is so poor they can't locate anything?

Stopped in to buy a bottle of brake fluid. Store was clean and well-lighted, appeared to be well-stocked, I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and offered assistance finding what I needed, but it was right there, so no searching needed. Fortunately, the smaller bottle was all I needed, and so I was in and out like a flash. Thanks, AutoZone!
