9 Really busy, but friendly. What they do is hard, and when people need specific answers and have uncommon questions, customer service can become a bit challenging. I've had numerous bad experiences with auto advice and auto customer service. Companies that get this right truly shine. Often, employees can be unresponsive, impatient, or reflexive especially. However, during these uncertain times it adds to a tremendous amount of responsibility to stay safe and do your job. Nonetheless, I was treated kindly and was on my way in a short amount of time. I truly appreciate their professionalism at this particular location.
When life hasn't treated you with kindness doing a good thing for someone else takes courage and strength, but even more its the truest example of humility.
My car battery died today, I work at a hospital so it's hard to get car work done right now. I stopped in after work and they replaced my battery for me quickly. As a healthcare worker I especially appreciated the man helping me wearing his mask and distancing, will definitely come back the next time I need anything for my car.
The service was thrash just like the inside of the building when there for a light bud got no help at all
Good customer service but they delay my order they order for me thay said come tomorrow 10 o'clock and finally I got 1PM.
Two high for the parts to be bad nd u don't know till u the part on nd it still doesn't work smh
I called last night and got a price for something, came in the next day.not only was the guy who told me he would be there wasn’t. The price was doubled and the customer service was horrible in person
The guys working today (9/28) were so friendly and helpful. Definitely a pleasure to have them assist with my car.
