Good people, remanufactured parts, instead of rebuilt. Full overhaul, instead of just replacing say, a diode on an alternator. Better than the competition in the area.

Your service quality depends on who you talk to. I was undecided on some mufflers and upon my return, the price magically increased by %30. All of your local parts stores have become desperate enough to rip people off. Partially due to internet sales they're competing with. If you can wait for your items, then buying online is always cheaper. Skip the middle man convenience fee is my suggestion.

Great place to shop for auto part and the employees are helpful and funny which makes it worth it.

The staff in here are above and beyond. Always helpful and most are extremely knowledgeable. I head in here to get stuff for my Resto New Edge mustang and have never had a bad experience. This is definitely MY local friendly auto parts store and I wouldn't go anywhere else unless they didn't have what I needed or couldn't help me get it.

The in-store brand of gaskets is Felpro and fit better than super cheap gaskets for the same money at other stores.

AutoZone is a good place to do business they have really good prices on parts and they actually had Parts in stock Joe instead of waiting for stuff to get delivered or coming through the mail just walk in the door tell him what you need and they got it

I prefer autozone because they dont swarm u like car salesmen when u get there. They allow u to get what u need. When you have questions they are knowledgeable and willing to help.

I came in with a list of parts from my husband. A young lady with the prettiest eyes I’ve ever seen helped me and even asked questions that I had to call my husband about. As usual my husband was confusing me so I handed the phone to the young lady and she was very polite and professional to where my husband could understand what she was talking about. I ended up buying more parts than what we needed originally but ultimately she saved us so much money and was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you Auto Zone- for such a pleasant experience after a bad experience at South Campbell. This will be my store for sure.
