AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
5Went to this location on July 4th to exchange a part. When we arrived the door was locked, an older lady appeared at the entrance stating she was the only person at the location. We weren’t allowed inside of the store, because she said she was unsure what to expect from customers and had to protect herself. When we asked if we could exchange a part she told us NO, because she needed two passcodes from management and management was unavailable. We asked her if she could call someone and she said “NO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ” Her incompetence was unbelievable. Never come here! ’
Zion from AutoZone in Jennings, MO is amazing. I went to 3 different auto parts store and he was the only one who helped me identify my problem with my battery AND INSTALL IT. He single-handedly saved the day for me.
Very helpful staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any questions they’ll help without giving attitude or being rude about it. The guy with locs always helps customers as much as he can and gives out great advice.
Zero stars.you all missed an opportunity to make a sale today because you lacked the capability to jump my car, which had a dead battery. Instead, without even checking my battery, you tried to convince me that my problem was the alternator. I really dont appreciate being sold something I likely dont need. So I drove up the street, got what I needed, and had an awesome customer experience. Thank you, AAPs!
I am an ASE Certified Automotive Technician with 42 years experience. The counter person talked down to me like I had no idea about cars. By the questions he asked and answers he gave me it was very apparent that HE had no clue about auto repair, but was trying to be the "expert". He tried to "correct" me several times, then a second employee jumped in and tried to tell me I needed unnecessary parts to go with what I came in for. The employees here need some customer service training. AKA-They need to find out just who they are talking to before they start trying to shove their "expertise" down a customer's throat!
