AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
15Excellent customer service. The guys there were extremely helpful and courteous. The go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need.ty for all the help guys!
The staff in this store were very friendly and helpful with identifying and getting me the parts that I needed.
I have never had an issue with this company or the people that work at this location. Customer service is beyond excellent, bravo!
This AutoZone almost always has the random parts I need in stock. Employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly.
Came in after getting a jump by AAA. Wasn’t sure what the exact issue was but Bill was very patient and helped me find the issue quickly. Definitely my go to Auto shop:)
All the employees here love to waste time and there is one cashier with 7 employees pretending to be busy. Dont come here unless u have 30 minutes to spare im serious.
I brought in a battery that I purchased 1 year ago to exchange for a new battery. Under warranty.
The manager Topher was absolutely ridiculous. Saying I need to charge the battery and it's fine. No, it's a bad battery. That's why I have brought it in.
So not only is he trying to give me bad products -he's wasting my time.
I have a warranty. I need a new battery to exchange it.
He's the reason I will not be coming back.
However his employee Charity was very helpful.
Went to buy a part, and the initial one they sold us was broken out of the box. The second one they brought us was a more expensive model (it was all they had for my car) and it was also broken when we checked it in the store before even buying it. However the third one, which was almost 70$ more than the initial one we paid for, was in good nick. The cashier gave us the unbroken part at the price of the original one we paid for, only charging the difference in tax.
TLDR, there was a problem on their end and they were willing to work with us in a way that we didn't get screwed over. Very polite and understanding.
The gentleman I talked to was friendly and helpful. He made sure I had everything I needed before I left and I can’t thank him enough for his help.
Always helpful, had what I was after. But I feel they, like all other physical auto part stores are way overpriced.
Oriellys is the supercarblondie of auto parts stores. AutoZone has everything I need and NOT used oil.
Went this morning to get a part and the associate Jaylen was so helpful! He helped make sure I had the right part assisted with me the install and got me on my way!
Just wanted to but ac recharge and I asked him If the hose could be refunded if it was bought and he got Loud and said give me a minute and I said I get it it was just a question you could ha e quickly answered so I left rude man if that was you
I asked if my regular battery (not hybrid battery) could be changed and one person said he wasn't sure if he could but came over and said he wasn't sure or something because it was tucked in he said. However the battery was easily accessible. He came inside and another employee said they can't change a hybrid battery. I said it's just a regular battery but he said the company policy is that they can't change it.
STEVAN PAFF Not all hero's wear capes, me and my children were stuck on the side of the road for almost an hour! When STEVAN came and rescued us from our flat tire I couldn't get it off so I was waiting for a tow truck, but STEVAN was there with a whole bunch of tricks to change my tire and when offered $50 he REFUSED over and over this man went THE EXTRA MILE! Please acknowledge this man!
