Quick and easy. Had a light bulb that needed replacing. I was assisted in good order and I was able to fix my light in the parking lot. Now the parking lot needs work at least the drive into the lot. Many pot holes and decrepit concrete coming into the lot from the street.

Our Autozone location in Manchester, MO, is the best I've been to. I have been going to Autozone in several cities and states for decades. Autozone has been my personal favorite for parts that I can get from them. It is only on the oddest occasions that they don't have my part. Of course, that stinks as I have to pay the premium from the actual auto manufacturer because that's when no one else has it. So, that can't be avoided. Then there are aftermarket parts and their store brand tools that are actually top-notch. As for this location, which I have been frequenting for at least 15 years, they have always helped me 100% and always steered me in the right direction. This location has had parts, both common and obscure, for a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GTX, a 2008 Mercedes-Benz GL550, a 2009 Kia Borrego, a 2010 GMC Acadia SL2, a 2015 Volkswagen Passat with the 1.8l turbo I4, and a 2020 Kia Soul GT LINE. I have even bought parts for a 2015 HD 1200 Sportster. Also, the return policy is above the rest. They even let me replace the brakes on my Borrego in the parking lot. Absolutely the best parts place.

The store is always super clean. The staff is so friendly and Matthew just help me clean my battery. He went way beyond and I’m so impressed. Thank you again, Matthew.

Had a dead battery and got a replacement fast. Plus, they told me the battery I had in the car wasn't correct. They got me the correct one for my replacement. I for sure see a difference with the new battery with display screen being brighter. Thanks.

The attitude of the employees that work at this store is.not positive. I was in here a couple of weeks ago and 3 employees were throwing something around, I thought there might be a pigeon in the store or something else that they were trying to get out, nope. I couldn't even tell one of them worked there because he was wearing a black hoodie. When I asked him for a product he said they didn't have it until I said yes you do and showed him the website. I went there today again and idk if it's because I'm a woman but they were dismissive. I won't be back to this location as these are not the first instances. I've gotten better service at locations closer in towards the city.

Good service. We went to buy a part for our car, the cashier checked their website and let us knew another store where the item is available.

Made me drive 20min a after tellin me they will change the light bulb - went in and told me they can’t due to complexity. Wasted my time! I told them the car/model when confirming if part was in stock. Hire smart people to assist customers!

Typical autozone I was looking for adhesive pads to secure my dashcam to my front windshield. After a long search and some help from staff I found an item listed on the website but it was not suitable. I was sold some 3M trim mounting tape for the job. That stuff did not stick to glass. Finally went to Home Depot to get 3M VHM double sided tape that worked well

I was in need of a battery replacement, did not take more than 5 minutes, and took the old one for recycling.

My husband went in just needing a few spark plugs and no one offered to help even when asked! Very frustrating.

The manager, Jeremy, was so kind and helpful this morning when we needed a new battery. Definitely will return!

Store #2903- was there on 6/23 and the parts manager Joseph helped us replace a battery under warranty. Huge help! He went above and beyond - testing the new battery and locating the purchase under warranty. Thanks again.

I had car troubles while in town visiting family. Of course, it happened the day before I was to head back home! I was dealing with a serious issue my car had never presented before, and on a very stormy day to boot. I came to this AutoZone looking for help and found it in the manager, Mike, and employees, Chris and Jon. These guys were a blessing to me. Each of them played a part in resolving my issue and did so with kindness and patience. (All three were amazing but special shout out to Jon who put in quite a bit of elbow grease.) Their TIME AND EFFORT put into one customer was very refreshing especially in this day and age. So, excellent customer service still exists and can be found at this AutoZone! Thanks again guys!

Super nice staff. Our family went in, and the Gruff looking employees were super nice to the kids. There's all sorts of things for cars, and the staff is super knowledgeable.

Great well-stocked store, and excellent customer service. They've change out my battery, windshield blades, helped with changing out my car's bulbs and everything is always in stock. Highly recommend this store if you're in the Ballwin/Manchester area.
