11Sad experience. Military- asked for the military discount. Was told rep couldn’t do it without manager. Said manager was in the rest room. Waited and waited. Not sure if what rep was saying was correct. Apparently another customer had some kind of return. Ooops, rep not trained for that or can’t help him either. Seems like if a “manager” is on duty, he should be available.
OMG Alex is a life saver! Best Auto Zone I've ever been to! Not only did he went above and beyond and replaced 2 fuses for me but he also installed my signal light bulb for me! I am beyond grateful and I will recommend EVERYONE to come here! Thanks for being a blessing Alex!

Bobby was the greatest; he went out of his way to go to the Kearney Store to pick us up an alternator when ours went out on us. Then he loaned us the tools that we needed to get our truck running again

It totally depends on who you get to help you. If they're knowledgeable, then they're usually extremely helpful. If you get some kind of clown helping you, then you're likely to get ripped off on a product you don't need or something of that nature. I was lucky enough this time.
They guys and gals are the best. Always helpful with parts, tools, and simple installations. My favorite store is the one on East Sunshine in Springfield MO
