AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
8We stopped in 12/1/23 on our way to St. Louis because our windshield wipers weren’t working in the rain. We struggled to put the new wipers on ourselves, but Anthony came out and put the new wipers on and showed my husband how for next time and explained the color indicator to let us know when they’ll need replaced. We appreciated his help so much so we could get back on the road.
Store manager Autumn helped to diagnose my car engine light. She was quick and efficient. She even went inside to verify the code my vehicle was giving! Outstanding job! I get all my oil, and accessories from AutoZone. You guys literally never disappoint when I need help!
Went to get some windshield wipers, they found the right ones for me and installed them. Great customer service.
Was in there today and bought a tail light bulb for my 2005 Chevy cavalier. The young man who sold it to me seemed to be reluctant about putting it in for me. I could tell he really didn't want to fool with it. He honestly looked lazy but thats just my opinion. He came out to the car told me to pop the trunk which I did. He looked at it and quickly said you have to remove the lens cover and I'm not allowed to do that. I went home and looked it up on good 'ol youtube and you don't have to remove the lens! YOu just peel back a small corner of the carpet and unplug the light and plug the new one in. Easy peasey! I did it with great ease and it took me less than 1 minute. When I mentioned this to my dad he told me next time go to O'Reilleys. They actually have knowledgable employees. He said autozone is lazy and their employees are lucky if they know what time of day it is. Lesson learned!
Great place to look into a check engine light. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean. Prices are reasonable.
Jeremy went above and behind! He helped me change a taillight after being hit by another driver! Made my day with the experience I had at this Autozone!
