The Rolla AutoZone is better than most, I run a trucking company and the staff is always very knowledgeable and quick for my needs.

I have needed to go there two times since moving to the area. The employees are always knowledgeable and so helpful.

Excellent team here, the guys are knowledgeable, prompt customer service. During my brief visit the associate who helped me tested my battery, quickly determined it was bad, and replaced within minutes.

During my visit on 16 Aug 23.

Stopped in to get a part for my truck. Barely get through the door. Employees blocking the doors smoking. The entire store smells like cigarettes.

If I could give a higher rating I would. My battery completely died and Christopher helped me find that out. Also him and another worker Violet helped me change my battery. It was a pain in the butt to say the least. The manager Jim came out and helped for not even 10 seconds but was able to complete what we was struggling with. I highly appreciate them all and am very grateful since I’m from Ohio and have to drive still!

Friendly and knowledgeable personnel. A man who had purchased something also helped me with my hood closure.

Be sure to double check your oil filters before you leave they like to give you the wrong ones and then make you pay for the right one

Dude helping me barely wants to do his job. Everyone that works there is lazy with terrible customer service. I have yet to meet 1 reliable employee that can help me

Great Customer service! The Store manager personally assisted me in changing my car battery and had a great attitude.

Horrible service. I went in looking for a headlight and fog light. The kid at the counter was playing a game on his phone. I gave him my car info, he looked it up and gave me the number then went back to playing on his phone. I went to find the light, I asked if the package I got had the fog light and regular light. Turns out it was two regular lights.
