AutoZone Auto Parts reviews
7Sam was very efficient, helpful, and kind in helping me get a code read on my car and suggesting the proper solution. Wish I could have tipped her!
Changing my five star review from 6 years ago to a one star due to the encounter I had today. My car was in need of a battery and I called this location because I have always had success & excellent customer service here.
I called the location and asked Adam, who answered, had a moment to help me with a price on a battery for my car & he said that it would cost me a lot of money and I said well, I guess I'd better hang up now and laughed. He didn't laugh and instead said, what kind of car do you have and I relayed to him that year, make & model of my car. I asked if they test batteries and he said that I should start with checking my alternator, not my battery. I told him I was sure it was the batter, not the alternator then he replied that my car battery would be over $250 and that I would be better off going to walmart as I could get a battery much cheaper there, somewhere around $100.
I let him know that I had an immediate issue, that I was waiting on roadside assistance to jump my car and that I would like to bring it in there to test my battery and purchase the battery of reading shows bad battery. He again suggested Walmart & I told him that I need the battery tonight, that I am use to this location & close. He said he would have the battery available and open until 8pm.
Roadside came and my husband took the car to Autozone and my husband asked for Adam & Adam told my husband we would be better off going to Wal-Mart.my husband told him as well, we just want to purchase now and asked if he would check the battery. Adam tells my husband the battery was @ 95% and no need to replace. My husband went to O'Reillys up the street, told the guy the issue, he checked the battery and it was bad! He swapped out the battery in 5 minutes, was so polite and VERY helpful!
I will NEVER shop autozone again, EVER!
The service is poor. There were 4 associates behind the counter. I stood there for a while with purchase in hand and was ignored by all 4 associates. So I put the product back on the shelf, walked out the door, and went to O'Reillys.
Employees are sweet and caring here. They go overboard on making customers satisfied when leaving
Went in for a new car battery. Was very happy with the sales assistant as they helped point out the best battery for my car
Exceptional customer service experience every time I've been to this location. Been coming to this store for 15 years. I actually bypass other locations to come to the St. Peters location.
I read the previous positive reviews, all i can say is they must have had some staff changes.i didn't get the name of the woman that tried to help but she had no automotive knowledge whatsoever.my visit was around 10-10-22.
