Great real helpful. Unable to order me the correct wiper blade for my sante fe and was unable to find us in the computer under our phone numbers but the guy working there today in camdenton tried really hard.

Had to find the product I wanted myself, only customer in store. One clerk on phone, other on computer

I had my wife go get our battery swapped at the Camdenton Autozone because I work 60 hours a week and don’t have time to do it myself. One hour after she leaves, my vehicle is broke down on the side of the road and I have to have it towed home. When I looked under the hood, there is a hose in front of the battery that is completely detached that wasn’t like that before. A representative from Autozone came out and started my vehicle without even reattaching the hose to make sure that there wouldn’t be any damage to my engine. They still haven’t fixed my hose.

Two times been there and both times employees disappointed me, they act like that’s your job to go and find what you need and when you ask for help, they act like they are annoyed! It’s like they just watch the register, very bad experience

I went in for parts for my car and had to go back called and had them pull the parts and told them I was on my way. I got there with 6 minutes to spare till they closed doors locked with two gentlemen standing at the counter staring at me. The manager started to come open the door and the other guy told him no not to. So I went to oriellys. I understand it was the last few minutes but I drove 30 minutes to get there just to have the doors locked early with my parts sitting right there on the counter next to them. I was a long standing customer not anymore.
