Ava Dmv

Managed to screw up two of my titles in one trip. Left a character out of a vin on an old car and didn't put the correct year on another one. It takes so long to correct at the state office I lost the sale because I didn't have the title back in time. So frustrating. She probably needs to have a different job, one without letters or numbers that are important. Will never go back to this DMV again.

Friendly, helpful people, in contrast to other contract offices in the area. Have used that office for several years.

I always have had a prompt, courteous interaction. I went there today to renew my tags but, the computers were down and they are waiting for an IT tech to show up. Things happen and we all have bad days.

Called them an hour before they closed to see if they had temp tags and was told they were trying to process people as fast as possible and close in 15 min. When we had well enough time before they closed according to their business hours. Poor business ethic! I was afraid by the time we would of made it there they would of locked the doors on us.

They gave us instructions on how to correct a mis-signed transfer of title. Above and beyond service!

Ava DMV was by far the best DMV I have ever been in, and believe me when I say I have been to quite a few. Ava was so helpful, understanding and willing to work with us. It didn’t matter it was close to closing time either.
Best DMV experience!
