I loved touring here. Jaykob really sold us on this apartment! He was very kind and did a great job advertising the place. I left feeling good and wanting to come back!

Avenue64 is an amazing place to live. From the moment, I stepped into the leasing office, Jaykob made me feel right at home. I had all the good vibes that I needed to make my decision. Linda was also wonderful with helping me through the leasing process. Since moving in, I still have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the staff. Andrew and Joel have been so helpful with helping me tweak some maintenance things. And, it has also been so nice getting to know Savannah and Learia. I feel safe, comfortable, the location is amazing, and I can't wait for summer! My boys love going to the main building to grab a snack and play pool. We just love it here so much!

Jaykob Wallace is the leasing consultant who conducted our tour of the property. Jaykob was kind, professional and extremely patient with us. Although this is a new apartment community, Jaykob is prompt with answering our questions and addressing our concerns.

Being out of state and looking for an apartment is never easy. You worry so much and overthink everything. Getting in touch with Avenue64 felt right from the first email I received from Linda Elmore. Communication on point and my tour went even better. The smile and excitement on Linda's face and other staff as well is what you hope for when you're looking for a place to call home. We walked in the front doors and was greeted by Jaykob, who had a big smile and so knowledgeable about the apartments. He took us on a tour of everything, the place is gorgeous. We are retired and have lived here for three weeks now, we made the right choice! I’m happy to say Jaykob is awesome at his job and so are all the staff we have met!

Jaykob has been a godsend answering our questions and assisting us with finding the best unit for our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the property and made choosing Avenue64 an easy decision.

My family and I have been here for almost 2 months now and I can say that we absolutely LOVE living at Avenue64! Jaykob was so great when we first toured the building by showing us what it had to offer as well as helping us pick the perfect unit for our family! All of the building staff are always around with a smile on their face to answer any questions or concerns we have. This really is a great place to live!
