3This is the worst place to go. The man and lady at the front counter (they will not give me thier names) are extremely rude and not helpful at all.
The current staff is pretty okay but I do not trust this facility to take my freedom into their hands after Amy and Logan gave me false positive tests
Left my kid in the nicu to try and make it in time to do a voluntary drug screening because the mother of my newborn needed to. Got the wrong address (which was not the fault of averhealth) however I call for directions and front desk gave me poor directions went into the wrong entrance of the strip mall and then it was “ur too late I can’t help u sir you’ll have to call ur case worker” I don’t have a case worker this is a voluntary thing on my part. And also explained to her look I had to leave the nicu for this u can’t help me? When they close at 5 and it’s 5: 01. “Sorry the doors are locked have a good day sir” this place will make a situation even more stressfull for people going here I’m betting most cases their life is already stressful. What a way to treat other human beings.
