Zero customer service/support. Also, the vehicle was filthy and never cleaned inside or out. We encountered many issues along the way with this rental, and none of them were addressed through this location or through Avis' customer support numbers. Will never rent from Avis or this location again

If you need to rent a car, get it here! The customer service is amazing - Asad and his wife Naz are absolutely wonderful! The cars are well-kept and clean and the process is quick. They are upfront about everything and really care about their customers. We are repeat customers and will keep coming back!

Told one price and tried to charge me another, After I questioned her about it, Khan got upset and tried to push me into signing. She mentioned I wasn't using my brain, very disrespectful. Charged my credit card before I even agreed or signed off on any pricing. Review your agreement before signing with this place.

Back in April, reserved a SUV, for my family, received a confirmation code fromNas Khan, for July 15- 26th of July, 2021. My son went to the store on July 13th, to re- confirm the time to pick it up. Well, they "claim", Nas Khan, reserved wrong week, had us down for 20th of July - to July 27th, said they had no cars on the timeline we reserved, they're BIG mistake! We already have a condo reserved out of state, which can't be changed! Also, back in April, we were quoted 600.00, she said if we went with July 20th - July 27th, charge would be 2,750. There is no doubt in our minds, they rented the SUV, we reserved, to someone else for way more money. Back in April, rentals were reasonable, now they are 3 times the cost! NEVER rent a car from Avis, on Hwy k, Big Ripoff! Now my family is without a rental for our trip, due to their HUGE MISTAKE! Bad Business! Give them an F! Failed the consumer!

Our local Avis office is the best! Very friendly. Vehicles are always ready, clean, and full of fuel. I recently had to take a vehicle from Enterprise due to an insurance claim. Their fuel policy is horrible: either bring it back to the same level as you get it (How do you do that?) or they will buy the current amount in the tank at a reduced rate (How do they determine the amount?) and you bring it back empty (What? !?). Thanks for being a great team to work with!

I highly recommend this Avis car rental location. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Although I could tell they were extremely busy they still made a point to take care of my rental needs and made sure I was in a rental that day. The SUV was clean and well kept.

The absolute worst place to rent a car from. How does a weekend rental returned in time with no damages turn into a $1K charge? The owners Naz and husband are extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful to their customers. Please save yourself the headache and rent from another reliable and customer friendly company like Enterprise.

We picked the car up after confirming our rental amount for 575.xx and was informed well we did not disclose the. Complete amount you still owe another 23.32 in taxes. The car we recieved a white pathfinder was filthy and did not notice until on our trip had 2 bald tires, thank goodness no bad weather on our trip. I used a debit card to keep on file and informed there is a $250.00 hold. Upon return that money would be returned within 48 hours. It has been 72 hours and they will not pick up the phone to get this resolved. Now I have to take time away from work to get this handled. Not happy. Update after some back and forth calling with Avis the missing money was refunded. Things happen and I understand. Next time with a clean car and a smoother complete transaction I will provide a 5 star review.

Nice people working there. They gave me a cheaper price on my rental without me asking. Also unlimited miles on my rental is great. Will come back again.

Rented a car, had a lot of problems with it. Very long story short, they required us to pay for a repair that was in no way our responsibility. And if a manager reads this, don’t bother to ask us to contact you so you can help. We tried and YOU rejected our appeal.

We’ve rented from you for years now, but it’s on to Enterprise for us. Ironically, you’re going to lose WAY more money in the next few years than you’ve gained from this.
