Ay Caramba Mexican Restaurant, Rolla MO

Between us, we had carne asada, enchiladas, tamales, chimichanga and various associated sides like rice and beans etc. Overall, decent quality, but we all felt that the food was far too salty to the point of not being able to eat everything. Service was good and attentive with refills offered without asking, which was great to quench the saltiness. Basic restaurant decor, but an authentic vibe. Horciata tasty, but too sweet for me.

Some of the best food in rolla. Sometimes they get really busy and get behind, but the food is worth the wait!

My partner and I have deemed this our Mexican Restaurant home in SC MO. From the food to the amazing staff, this place is fantastic. We have been working on sampling the whole menu (gonna take a while).

Food is always prepared fast and to perfection. Not like all the other Tex-Amex restaurants and that’s probably why we love it.

Overall, with great food and staff, Ay Caramba should be on anyone’s list to check out if in or around the Rolla area!

Very disappointed with everything, ordered a frozen margarita and told they were out but they had Margaritas on ice? Duh! Then we ordered taco salads. Came way to fast so we assumed it was someone else’s order. They only had lettuce and tomatoes on it and the ground beef was terribly salty. Plus I found a large bay leaf in the meat. Won’t be going back

Came for a lunch special. Food was average but what was really good was the speed and quality of the service. I had my food faster than some fast food places.

Excelente comida, servicio, ambiente. El pollo estaba jugoso y sabroso (en muchos otros lugares el pollo siempre es seco y sin sabor). Todos son muy simpáticos. Definitivamente volveré cuando esté cerca.
Excellent food, service, atmosphere. The chicken was juicy with a lot of flavor (most other places it's always dry with no flavor). Everyone is very nice. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

We received the most pleasant and attentive customer service. The food was delicious. We had chips and queso, guacamole, street tacos and a chicken burrito. All we're excellent!

I usually go here for their Taco Tuesdays. Shredded chicken soft tacos and ground beef soft tacos are awesome. They have a great tres leches flan as well. Their salsa has the perfect amount of cilantro. Folks are friendly, the service is good and fluid and the decor isn't over the top.

The service was quick, the food came out hot and was delicious. We had a party of nine and didn't add any delay in the service. Will definitely go back again.

Service was great. The server was prompt and polite. The food was good and fairly priced. My only complaint is the water had a strong chemical taste so obviously not filtered. All in all a good experience.

Loved it! Service, food, beer&a shooter.comeback. Passing through, heading too bullhead city az. Maria put the Mexican tunes, made us feel at home! Ordered a to go order, girl at the cash register was super nice & friendly. I had 3 grilled steak tacos & 3 grilled chicken tacos. They were delicious & good portions Great food

Excellent fast service. Food was delicious, and freshly made. I thoroughly enjoyed the freshly made hot sauce when I requested it. I enjoy very spicy sauces and it was exactly what I wanted for the Carne Asade tacos.

Really disappointed in the carne asada it wasn't sliced just a super tough piece of steak I couldn't even chew so I paid $14 for rice and refried beans wasn't even offered a refund or something different.
