We had to return due to a faulty sensor that was previously installed. They replaced it promptly for no extra charge. They are a professional business that routinely operates with integrity. Not that easy to find these days.

I was visiting Branson and my car was making a noise. I called four different repair shops before calling B. A. T. Boys. They were able to schedule me for a diagnostic test within 3 hours. They spent over two hours attempting to locate the issue but could get it to give a code. As I checked online, this is a common issue with my vehicle that many times even dealerships can’t determine. My technician took the time to explain everything he attempted to do to locate the noise in my vehicle. Although he found some minor issues, he didn’t attempt to pressure me to fix it there. As I was preparing to leave, I pulled out my credit card to pay for the diagnostic test and they said “there is no charge since we couldn’t determine what is going on with your vehicle. ” Additionally, everyone I dealt with there was very professional and genuinely concerned about my plight of being over 500 miles away from home and not knowing if I would get home safely. If I lived in Branson, B. A. T. Boys would be my new mechanic shop.

Out of all honesty do not go to this mechanic shop very overpriced and will definitely try to steal your money from you. Your definitely Better off looking for a different mechanic shop trust.

Electronic solenoid valve. Located in the engine bay had gone bad causing the service engine light to come on. They did a diagnostic test on it and found the problem and informed me of the situation and cost to replace it. It was causing my engine to run rough and burn more gas. I agreed to fix it and little over and hour later it was done. My Acadia Denali runs perfectly now and burns less fuel. I've used B. A. T. BOYS for years. They will only repair what's needed that's another I like. For great service and price I recommend B. A.t. Boys for your automotive needs.

I came in for an oil change and asked for synthetic
I got a detailed diagnostic report and paid $80.
The paperwork received doesn’t say whether I got an oil change or not.
I want them to send me a receipt by email saying I got an oil change

Always great experience. Recommend services if needed. Never pushy. Listen to client and are very polite and accommodating.

Had transmission problem. Was told, No, we think it's the spark plugs. Had them replaced. Was told the breaks were bad, so had them replaced. Picked up the car, "we drove it and all is good, " BAT boys said. I got in the car and started driving. Went 2 blocks. It sounded horrible, grinding noise very loud, then it wouldn't go past 2nd gear. I immediately took it back. "Are you sure it's acting up? We test drove it, and all was good, " they said. My God, I'd just picked it up 5 min ago. I was positive it was driving horribly. They took it back. Several days later, they called, "yep, the transmission needs replaced. " I knew it because that's why I had it there in the first place. I had a warranty for that. BAT boys contacted the insurance company and told me the inspector found two other things wrong with the car, in addition to the transmission, and insurance would only cover a small portion of the 9K repairs needed (transmission was over 6K). I decided to take the car to the dealership where I purchased it 5 months prior as they said they could do better on pricing and coverage. When I picked up the car from BAT Boys, it was a Sat morning. As planned, the key was under the mat. Car would not even start, and one of the brand new tires was flat (yes, I also replaced all the tires). No one was there. I had to tow the car. The tow driver said he'd had 10 customers in the last few months who had negative things to say about BAT boys service. After my experience, I believe that.

Best advice I can give to anyone is to be very concise and thorough when communicating with the service writer. Make sure both of you understand what the plan is going forward.

These folks have been good to me over the years. I've had several vehicles serviced here. Low and ultra high mileage cars, trucks, suv, newer and old vehicles. Routine maintenance, transmission or CVT service, GDI maint, general diagnostics, turbo boost repair, brakes, power steering rebuild, suspension, you name it. I never look back once the work is done here.
