I had a great experience with B&B servicing my well. Dan was very kind on the phone and took the time to answer my questions and provide his recommendations on installing a cycle stop valve to improve my system.

Phillip came out exactly when he said he would and did a very professional job. I was curious about how the valve he was installing functioned and he was very patient with me as he explained what he was doing and how it would work to increase the pump lifespan by reducing cycles while also providing more consistent water pressure.

They are both experts in their field as well as in customer service. The valve is doing exactly what they said it would and everything now functions well with improved, more consistent water pressure and less cycles on the pump.

Phillip was prompt, explain everything that was needed to be done, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Great service. I woke up to no water and he offered to come the same day. Fair price and kind service. Now have a new well pump and will definitely recommend and trust him with any future issues.

Our well stopped working over the weekend. We called them on Monday morning and he was able to get out and get us fixed the next day! He was very polite and did amazing work. His prices were more than fair. We could not have been happier! We will definitely recommend him to anyone that is having a well issue.
