I have suffered with debilitating anxiety for as long as I can remember. I have been prescribed every anxiety/depression medicine you could think of. Finally, after being fed up with dealing with the intense side effects, I just decided to muscle through and go off meds as much as possible.
My mornings would consist of waking up, having a panic attack, try to drink coffee and try to avoid social situations that would inevitably throw me into another attack.

After back surgery 4 years ago, I have been suffering chronic pain ever since. Numerous “medical” attempts have been tried to eliminate my pain including injections into my lower back, acupuncture and several different pain medications, and after countless money being spent, nothing had worked.
