I called Justin shortly after moving to KC based on reviews of course. He was on a short list based on the reviews but one of the only ones to answer. 2/5 answered, I believe it was. He answered and I spoke with him for maybe 20+ minutes describing my awfully difficult issue, but he understood something I said and responded; (paraphrasing here) : yes, you're trying to reach the balance point of. " I had never heard that phrase but I could tell he knew what I meant and I thought this is who I want to do my system. He came over & looked himself; sent me a detailed quote with options to customize my system (There's not one option btw). His prices sounded right to my friends and family so I went with Balance Point. Let me tell you, you would be hard pressed to find such a polite bunch of professional guys in the construction field; all knowledgeable and most of them have been with the company quite a while and I met 3-4 of them in my couple day (s) project. They even sent another guy out a couple weeks later to check on my install who I had more time to talk with about how the system work;, same as the guys above, unbelievable. Hey, I also appreciated the email about the heat pumps in extreme cold when we were getting ready for extreme temps a couple weeks ago, that was cool. Our outdoor unit never missed a beat btw! Thanks guys, I hope you're all still there if I need anything again, cheers.

Justin and his team take care of our house and my place of business. They are always prompt and explain all work completed. Their prices are very fair and they have saved us on many occasions.

I have used this company twice and could not recommend them more. Not only do they respond quickly, but they’re honest. Both times my issue was an easy and quick fix that I am sure someone more handy than me could have figured out own their own. They could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance, but were honest and got my heat up and running again quickly for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them! They have my business when the time comes that the fix isn’t easy and quick.

I had the pleasure of having Erick as my technician to fix my furnace heater a few days ago, and I must say the experience was outstanding. Erick was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind. His attitude was amazing—so patient and understanding. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could easily understand, which was especially appreciated. I'm grateful for Erick's professionalism and the excellent service he provided. Highly recommend!

Updated an 80% to 96 % Energy Efficient Unit. Purchased a Carrier brand unit. Easy to work with friendly office staff, worked with me on several different quotes until I got the one I wanted.
Booking of install appointment was very quick and installation very easy. Hard to tell the guys we’re even here!

I had a wonderful experience with this company installing a new HVAC. I was without AC during a very hot time and they were able to get a new system installed the next day. Everyone I interacted with was great. The technicians were very respectful and did a great job and cleaned up well. They even sent another tech out the next day to check the system and he gave me advice about ways to keep it cooler. I’ve had some bad experiences with home service companies and I chose this one based on a recommendation I saw on a Facebook post. I was very grateful to not have any issues with this one!

Balance Point Heating and Cooling was such a great choice for our AC repair needs! I was able to call them at 8: 00 a.m. When they opened and they sent someone out same day to get my AC fixed on one of the hottest days of the summer. Eric was super friendly and was fast and effective at figuring out the problem and fixing it for us. Plus he explained what he was doing so that I could understand the problem. Thankful for amazing service and a good price!
