Having an electrical issue with my Enclave. Made an appointment a week out. Dropped my car off at 9: 30 (my appointment was a 1pm). Go to the dealership at 3: 05pm and they haven’t looked at it. The guy who was supposed to look at it wasn’t on the property at the moment. At 3: 27pm they tell me they can’t find the problem. Unacceptable

Best customer service all around! Best warranty all around! We've purchased 2 vehicles now through Baldwin. Gary Barnsfield was our sales representative and he still works with us if we have an issues at all. 100% recommend Baldwin when you're searching for your next ride!

I flew in from Mississippi to get a truck I’ve been hunting for a year. A snow storm was already started by time I reached the dealership. Mr.joe Bissette had everything ready for me before I arrived. I spent a total of 30-45 minutes in the dealership. Mr. Joe even drove my rental car back to the local Enterprise with me. He messaged me 2x after the purchase to make sure I made it back to Mississippi safely. The dealership and Mr. Joe really set an exceptional example of why I choose GMC dealerships to complete all of my truck services. If you ever need anything done on your vehicle or need a new vehicle in the Missouri area; I highly recommend you call Mr. Joe Bissette at Baldwin GMC.

Didn't fill window washer the first service on a diesel it said on letter sent to me they would fill def fluid they didn't so what else did they mis

I was there for service on my 2022 GMC Terrain and the service department was quick to get started and it didn’t take them long at all! The waiting room was great with cold water bottles and popcorn for customers

Three Strikes and I was OUT! Very disappointed with the sales staff at Baldwin Buick GMC in Popular Bluff, Mo. We are shopping for a new car! We've looked at Ford, Jeep, Chevy and GMC. We want a vehicle that can be towed behind out motorhome. The availability of GMC Dealers is far fewer than the other brands mentioned, thus when we were passing through Popular Bluff we decided to stop by and see what they had. I;m driving a rental with out of state tags, we were immediately questioned if we were local. I explained that we were not but traveling through and were interested in a new car they had. Strike ONE! We walked over to the 2022 GMC Terrain they had on the lot. (Only one) I asked if he could unlock it for us to look at it, inside. I asked a few questions and simply stated that we had a GM relative and could get a discount code. Strike Two! Apparently that's not something to talk about because he immediately said I don't think my boss will do that and went inside to check. He quickly came outside and asked if we had financing. I told him we'd already checked with our credit union felt we might go there for financing. Well that was Strike THREE. He immediately said well I don't thing we can do anything and turned to walk away. I again asked if we could see the inside of the car and he ignored us and walked inside. Very Rude, Very Unprofessional and speaks loads about that series of dealerships and the greed. SO Buyer Beware at any of the Popular Bluff Baldwin Dealerships.

I have had dealings with all of the Baldwin dealerships in Poplar Bluff MO and so far my best experience has been with the Toyota dealership. Andy (salesman) was great and the finance man was quick, efficient, and super friendly as well.

Made an appointment. She gave me a date which was my choice. Went in for scheduled visit. They went above and beyond service. I appreciated everything they did. A gentleman helped program my phone int my Buick. Love this visit.

Staff was courteous and professional.about an hour of service would be expected but it was done less than an hour.the cost of oil change was reasonable, especially with $20 discount coupon sent to me online.

Jacob went above and beyond as usual. He is such a great customer service representative that I told him we will only buy our next vehicle from Baldwin Buick because we know that we will be taken care of. We will buy another Buick Encore this summer.

Just picked up our 09 Buick Lucerne, they changed a moter mount and serviced our transmission in 2 hours. This car runs like new, and highly recommend them. They even dropped my daughter and I off at home, and picked us up, no extra charge. They gained a customer.

I called Kim C at the Poplar Bluff, MO store to set up my oil change appointment (she use to work in the service dept but has since moved to a different position) She still took care of setting up the appointment and having my car picked up for me even though it wasn't her job. I appreciate the convenience of having my car picked up oil changed and tire rotation while I am working.
