They’re still dealing with billing issues. Send you to collections before sending a bill. Then when you call they give you a totally different number to call. They need to bring billing in house.
The doctor was Ballas Anesthesia was fantastic and I had a phenomenal experience with her. My issue is with the office and billing like everyone else here. I never received a bill from them, but got a call about my bill. When I tried to call back no one was there to take my call and I never heard back from them. Fast forward to me getting a collections notice in the mail. How embarrassing!
One star is one too many.
If your complaint has to do with billing, consider yourself somewhat lucky. These people have caused me immeasurable pain and distress from an intubation process that left my dental bridge broken beyond repair. Their excuse for not making amends, I signed a consent form. Of course I did. That does not absolve you of your ethical and moral obligation to do the right thing within reason. I have no more desire to drag this out but vow to return here every 6 months to let others know of my experience so they can make informed decisions. I have no time to take you to court. Not with all the dental appointments I must now endure. I have faith that this process will draw to a conclusion and I shall be well again, in spite of you. I want to spend my life in meaningful pursuits, not going after medical professionals who will only ’empathize and give me an opportunity to vent’ about what I consider to border on malpractice. So, think twice. Consider the consent form you sign to mean that you relinquish your right to reasonable care and reasonable expectations and any right thereafter to seek redress of any type.
I wanted to pay my bill online which is a very simple way to pay your invoice. It took me to a secondary web site and it wanted me to setup an account with them. All I want to do is pay my invoice. Need to have a simple online payment process.
Their billing problems are still not fixed. I got a letter from collections, but never a bill in the first place. Their "billing department" isn't open and isn't answering the phone.
The anesthesiologist was wonderful. No complaints about him.
