Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM), Fenton MO

Wish I saw the reviews before coming in this branch. They’re nice taking your money but when there’s an issue they don’t wanna solve it. After my problems are resolved I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Had an account for 3 years Called with a question. Took almost 30 minutes to get an actual person on the phone. Who after the first question got snippy and condescending. Definitely do not recommend using this bank or chain in general. Im upset I have to give them a star at all.

No drive-thru and they are closed at 4: 00 p.m. Impossible to reach anyone that actually works in the bank. You have to call the Bank of America 1 800 number and sit on hold for an average of 10 minutes every time. If you are able to make it between the hours of 9: 00 a.m. And 4: 00 p.m. The employees at work at this branch are amazing.

Customer just wrote me a check for 500$ his 5 looked like 7 he’s a Bank of America customer I told them to reach out to him to confirm and all I was told “we don’t accept altered checks “

The employees don't want to do there job every time I go to this branch. I was told to fill out a deposit slip and go to the end of the line today and wait again.even thought they have to look up the information and fill out the deposit slips any way

Just left this Fenton location. It took 30 minutes to deposit a check. There was a line of 10 people. You need more people assisting customers during lunch time. This isn't the first time this has happened. I will be going to another location or using my US Bank account instead.

I have been with BOA since it was Boatmen's in the early 80s. I expect as we move along there are changes and personnel move on. But, I have attempted to get help with a trust to no avail. Actually the trust associate was rude. There is nobody to talk to any more to get help. We own a family business that has been part of BOA for 30 yrs. Tried to apply for a small PPP loan and they have nobody personally that can help. Even the small business associate, that really wanted to help, said that he can't. The loan was denied saying that we were deceased and the bank couldn't even vouch for us. Another bank had the PPP approved and check in hand in 3 business days. Hands on, a real person. Unbelievable. Shame on you Bank of America, you are getting a little big for your britches.

Bank of America is really going down the toilet! The Fenton branch is closed today. I had work in progress with one of the bankers. No one else has followed up. Very BAD way of doing business!

If you really want to "hear more about my experience" you have my phone number. I haven't heard from you in the week since I initially wrote the above review. The truth is, you really don't want to hear about anything that needs improvement.

This location is NEVER open! Everytime I make plans to do something inside this location its closed! It must be nice to just collect a paycheck while literally doing nothing for your customers. Soon as its open tomorrow I'm calling corporate and reporting this location and its GM

I have been trying to speak with someone on the telephone for over an hour no one answers, not all people are internet savvy

Josiah was very professional and respectful. He made me feel comfortable and helped me to understand everything I was doing by explaining. With his work ethic and due diligence I am thankful that my experience with Bank of America was through Mr. Josiah

Very very disappointed banking with this bank. They never picked calls, very bad customer service. So frustrated cannot wait to close this account as soon as possible. Nonsense!

They took away tellers first, now there's nobody around to answer the phone. Useless bank!
