Literally the most useless building. Every time I have gone in for something, I have been told I have to call customer service. When I tell them customer service told me to go into a physical location they just keep telling me to call customer service. No one at this bank is helpful. If you have a problem, just assume no one cares and no one knows how to deal with it.
Two drive ups around the back of the building so may be difficult to see upon arrival. Little on the slow side to work, but maintenance is done, and it's well lit. Gives options on how you want the money dispersed also. Not just standard 20 bills.
I was extremely pleased with the customer service that I received this morning at BOFA when I cashed a business check. The young woman was pleasant and polite and quite friendly and helpful too! The bank was clean and well organized!
Horrible Customer Service

Turned away again. Fix it. You're other banks can get it right except this branch. Get rid of the current Manager and hire someone who knows what they're doing. No reason a customer who comes in multiple times a week with a large volume buissness gets turned away for a simple change order after waiting 30+ minutes in line.
The customer service is so rude. They made me wait long and they couldn’t even bother to know what I want. I went two times to fax a document the first time after waiting long time they did, but the letter never received.second time they just made me wait. Terrible customer service
Don't waste your time coming here, they close before closing time and the ATMs never work.
No help rude
They sent a pass due of $41.38 to collections for a charge that I never got a statement on, at the time my credit score was at 830 I have done business with them for over 30 years and have never missed a payment on anything you would that someone would have reach out to se if I knew it was 3 months passed due NOPE sent to collections first time I have ever had something go to collections I asked them have it removed and they are not or can not help. All over $41 dollars that I payed the day I got a bill.
