Bank of Washington

Online says the bank is open until 3 pm on Sundays, they are not. I tried to go before 2 pm and the only thing that was open was the ATM. Change your hours online so more people don’t waste their time.

The bank of Washington has very friendly staff. I have to say I have been banking with them for year's, but Lauren has helped me out alot, by setting up my checks and answer questions. So all I can say is thank you bank of Washington and all your staff for making you part of my family.

I've had an account with them twice. Both times they say "over draft" protection. They don't bother to tell you that that is only for your debit card, and in for in-person transactions.so if you enter your debit card information on a website and they automatically debt your account for a subscription or something; Bank of Washington let's it go through, in my situation it was Netflix. Next thing I knew I owed hundreds of dollars over $8 charge. They refuse to waive the fee, so I let my account default. Finally got the money to pay it off, and then they refuse to let me open up a new account after I paid them. That's fine. I went to PNC and you know what? While I was creating my account, and they started talking about overdraft protection they made sure that I was aware that online subscriptions would still come out and that overdraft protection is only for in person debit card transactions. I think overall, Washington Bank is getting too used to being the dominant Bank in the Washington area. Not only was I denied I was also received with an attitude after I asked to open the account. I returned shortly adter to get a letter stating that I paid my debts to the bank of Washington and I was received with the same attitude, like I was bothering them. I don't think I'll ever recommend them to anybody. My immediate family will be changing Banks because of this treatment. Have a nice day

I’ve always had great experiences with Bank Of Washington until today. My loan officer was very helpful and respectful but while he was talking I couldn’t help but overhear two employees commenting negatively on the way I was dressed. I found it very unprofessional and disrespectful.
