Bar M Resort & Campground reviews
20We stayed in our RV here. The campsites were nice and level and utilities worked well. Location is right on the lake with access to a dock and boat slips. The owners are really helpful. About a 20 minute drive to Branson. The drive to the campground is pretty and winding. Be sure to watch the GPS for some of the turns to get to the resort.
Bar M was a nice mix of remote location, lake access, and immersion into nature. The camping sites aren't huge, but the other amenities were good. There were lots of things for the kids to do.
We stayed here for a week on vacation. Very relaxing and enjoyable place. The owners are very friendly and helpful with things you need.
Things could be updated a little. The A/C would not turn off and had to unplug it when it became to cool. The weather changed and we needed heat, which the condo had. The controls were difficult to set. If you want a place to relax and get away from the hectic life this is the place.
Great owners. Wonderful view, good accommodations for everyone. Quiet and peaceful! Clean rooms equipped to cook a meal!
Really nice campground. I was impressed with resort, nice pool, game room, basketball court, and boat ramp.
Basic, just like the website says. Easy lake access with a dock. Exactly what one expects of this place after looking at the website.
A perfect spot to drop the boat in and have fun. Clean rooms and kind staff. Kid friendly with playground, pool and game room.
We stayed for two nights, it was a really quiet place to stay. The bathrooms and showers were well kept.
Absolutely loved it. Owner Steve was super helpful. Quiet campground with lake access and has everything you need. We loved the hot tub in the evenings. Close to Branson but not too close. A beautiful drive just south of West Branson.
This is a great place and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. Loved the lake access.
I go here every single year with my dad and my church. I’ve been doing it since I was a little girl. I have lots of special memories here. I highly recommend it
This is a very outdated place. Pool is old and green looking. Rooms are very basic, no TV service, internet is like a third world country. This a place I will not return to. The cost of the place is way out of line for what it offers. We were told the lake is about 150 ft which is true but there is no beach area or fishing area you also have to be prepared to hike because it is so steep of an incline. I was very disappointed to say the least we drive 30 min to find a swimming area.
This place needs major work! First to power outlets would not work! Way over priced for what is offered. Will not go back ever. You can go anywhere for less than they charged and be much nicer!
My family and I enjoyed staying at this resort. We stayed in an A-frame house and had plenty of room for all six of us to move around as well as plenty of space to sleep. It came with the comforts of home, coffee maker, stove, fridge, microwave, television with cable and a pool! It is a little drive to reach the resort but well worth it as it's tucked away in the woods.
Beautiful campground. Everything is very close so kids can roam a bit without being out of site. Amazing customer service, they went a above and beyond. Will be our go to place at Table Rock!
Best place on the lake. Quiet, and clean. Tent camping paradise, outposts for glamping, and nice units to rent. Great people and atmosphere.
Left message for spot. Sure wouldn't call back (holiday weekend). DID! RIGHT AWAY! Basic, does the job, place to stay. Has cabins, apt, rv camping, basic camping. Clean, nice, easy to get around. Great staff. Shaded. Pool. Lake access. Could use directional signs & where ok to park trailer for us newbies, but it was a-ok where parked & great space.
The campers were so close together it was ridiculous. The awnings were about 3 inches apart! The water smelled like sewer.or bleach in the pool & got tub. We will never go there again.
Relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings away from traffic but close enough to attractions and lake view and access.
