10Drove 54 miles one way for an appointment I made two weeks ago.envelope on the door.closed due to sickness! Rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional!
No call to cancel our dogs appts and no show when we arrived to drop off our dogs. There were many people outside waiting for them to open and never did. So I know I’m not the only one. This was the second time this has happened and it’s not okay. VERY unprofessional.

Could have been better hair cut but they don't believe in using muzzles. An it looks like they needs some good workers.
The sweetness people work there they take really good care of my fur baby and their customers and can't praise them enough great really great people great job
Very clean salon and they were so good with my Layla. They are difficult to catch on the phone but their price was very reasonable.
Our drop off time was 8 in the morning it's now 8: 20 and they owner hasn't shown up yet they open at 8 maybe.
I was an hour late to my appointment.
(Obviously my fault. I live a hour away and a combination of flat tires on my car, no gas in my husband’s car, and living an hour away culminated into the perfect storm.) I also have very little phone service on the way there. I definitely could have done some things differently, but when I arrived I encountered a staff member not willing to entertain solutions or work with me at all. I called back later to express my disappointment in the lack of customer service and she continued to double down on how I should have called and if I don’t plan on being a customer in the future, why would she try and help me? It’s disappointing when a privately owned business has worse customer service than Petsmart.
