So far so good I've been to the gyn here and the primary care Dr and had labs they were all nice no long wait and very professional kind and considerate very caring about your health I have a specialty doctor appointment coming up I'm going to see how this goes but I have no complaints nothing but positive things to say very different from how it was 5 years ago it's been awhile since I've been here but all I can say as of currently the staff and the environment has changed drastically and I definitely recommend going here.

It's a good place to go that is a substitute for the local city clinics, because they also have triage on the adult primary floor, so you can be seen with a quick appointment, when your doctor isn't available but their team members are.

Unless you are going to Gynecology or the Eye Center, The building is mostly dedicated to those on Medicaid and cheaper insurances. Nothing wrong with that, it provides an outlet for most of the city. Most of the Doctors on the other floors are residents (with attendings), and the place works as a clinic.

Only downside I have, is that calling in to get a triage appointment can take a while. That and they shouldn't have lifted there mask requirements yet.

Very professional and courteous and helpful for the things I have had the best care and follow up with the answers to be a good idea if I need anything else to be for what they do for a specialist to be a great place.

This building is located across the street from BJC Advanced Medical Center, which are connected with a covered climate control walking bridge. The clinic is located on 2nd Floor of BJC for Outpatients. I found workers and doctors friendly, patient and helpful during my visit there.

The staff has always been kind to my husband and I, before during and after the procedure.

I was told by my primary doctor to come up for a refill of my prescription. I was denied twice. This was such a waste of time.

Great experience over all! I was sent detailed instructions on where exactly I needed to go which was very helpful.

Very friendly staff, quick and right to the point visit with the dermatologist. Highly recommended!

Zero star if I could take it away went there for Consultation given medicine that I already told them didn't work gave me again. They don't know how to talk to ppl was a schedule a surgery 4 months out when I been deal with fibroids pain low iron and problem for months need a blood transfusion. They play with ppl lives had someone for scheduling call me to tell me my insurance is from the government. It Cigna you except it don't speak to me like I am on Welfare I work. I have Cigna and blue cross. They call me back saying my surgery is NOT important and that I need to pay 3000.00 before schedule 4 months out. I would have died by then. Found another doctor for 1st patient got the surgery in 3 weeks after dealing with Affina and BJC for 5 months it a zero star for you all should be closed down no concern for ppl.
