Barnes-Jewish Parkview Tower reviews
7They took amazing care of my little sister and are now taking care of my mom. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
Every team member that was a part of my surgery came and introduced themselves - doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, even the medical residents. I was admittedly nervous, but their calm demeanor and humor had me feeling so much better.
I recommend bringing a good book to help pass your wait time, because with almost any surgery, there is a lot of waiting and preparation, and being on your phone for that long can get old. Harry Potter was a great choice for me!
They were AMAZING! Was in labor for a day and they made it go by as smoothly as it could go
Doctors, Nurses, Support staff, food staff - everyone was supportive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were attentive and kind. Thorough in their explanations. Room was kept clean. Front desk on ground floor always greeted us with a smile and kind words. All public areas were clean. Parking worked well for us.
Was there for 3.5 hours on a Sunday and was charged $8. Will be asking for refund when back tomorrow.
The staff the nurses the doctors everyone has been amazing my wife and I stayed over a week.she had emergency c section and our baby girl was born at 33 weeks. Thank you everyone for everything
Upper management from Washington University decided to cancel my badly needed appointment with my specialist 2 hours before I was going to see them. I did not know my insurance was incompatible with their healthcare system until 2 months later when they called me to cancel on me when I was in the middle of getting treatment. They offered no recourse other than to see another PCP and specialist both of which were unavailable until 3-4 months out. I don't know if I will be alive then frankly. Their administration is cruel and ruthless.
