Totally dig this store. Great staff and atmosphere. The clearance section was amazing and the media dept.was wonderful. You could definitely find a worse way to kill the afternoon.

Great variety. Not easy to find the particular thing I wanted, but eventually found something that would work. Missed having a place to sit and review items before purchasing other than the cafe. Not easy to figure out how to return books not being purchased. Should consider better accessibility options.

Love this place. I'm a big reader and have been all my life. Our local store was hit by a tornado, so I like to stop by when I find one. This location is no exception to the others. Very friendly and helpful staff always handy when needed, but not pushy at all. Great selection. Comfortable chairs to sit a read a little while waiting on my wife.

Really great atmosphere with tons of variety in books, magazines, board games vinyl LPs and I even saw a small selection of Blu-ray disks.

Anytime I can I come to their store! It is mentally altering so to speak. You walk in, read a little, and walk out a little fuller.

If you're gonna have a section called "religion" maybe have a more variety than 75% of it being Christian/Catholic. Might as well just called it the "Christian literature" section.

Love this store! It's a big location with some comfy spots to read or chat. Great selection! The café was well stocked.

I wanted a book that was not in the store. They ordered it and because I'm a member gave me the percent off and shipped it free. That is outstanding customer service!

Couldn't get help even though employees would stare at me as I wandered in confusion looking for a book.

Great selection of toys. And science fiction books. Such book stores have become a rarity. Sadly there not any sales in sight.

This is one of few places I'm not expected to rush. I can sit down and just go anywhere I want delving into a book or excitedly looking at bath or stationary.

Very slow checkout, even on a weekday afternoon. Ten ppl working but only one cashier doesn't make sense.

We love this location. It's in the mall and fairly large. It has everything for everyone. Toys, books, magazines, building sets, science sets, children's sections, Manga, movies etc. Pretty expensive but good quality.
