Definitely not surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. The employees at the page office are just aren’t friendly period. You got employees getting physicals and drug test to start new jobs and others that I assume are sent to be tested. So people are going to be nervous coming in. Especially not knowing what to expect with physicals. A new lady was being trained she did great the one training was very rude and just very direct and didn’t smile once, told me take my hands out of my pocket told me 3 times to pull my mask above my nose, (I apologize the mask was falling bc it was too big I would have wore my own but thought it was only mandated in hospitals) You can still do you job be stern and friendly At the same time if that makes sense. Luckily I called before getting my TB read and I was able to go to the midtown location on Manchester in midtown 5 minutes from my house. Which by the way Employees we’re totally the opposite so kind of made up for the disrespect of the first place. From the lady signing me in asking for my ID and looking at my TB, I was in and out. They were app happy smiling. I get healthcare is stressful and not for everyone and you have days when you want to scream but you don’t have to be rude and have no sense of humor.

BarnesCare was and I mean WAS a leader in Occupational Medicine in the 1990's. I worked at the one Downtown at 4th and Pine. It is a Shame what it has become.

It was only 3 patients in the lobby it took an hour for them to call just one and no one was in the back! They spend tooo much time talking about irrelevant things instead of getting patients in and out! I was there 45 mins a person walked in no appointment and he went first WORST PLACE TO DO DRUG TEST OR ANY WORK VERIFICATION

Avoid BarnesCare if you can. The staff told me I couldn't eat or drink while in the waiting room even from the vending machines next to me. I ended up dehydrated the rest of the week. This wasn't because of a medical procedure, it was because you can't drink through a mask. Maybe they should hand out straws?

Clean environment, very friendly medical team and staff. They explained everything clear and listen to me patiently.

Although there may be some attitude issues do to negligence or ignorance on employers sending new hires or patients with incorrect information.
These people are overwhelmed and under staffed
I suggest you come here with all the correct information, forms and a mask at this time. Bring a pleasant attitude and a positive temperament. Things will work out just fine

The staff was very kind and professional, the wait time was very short. Just an all around great experience.

This was by far the worst medical care i have ever received. Don't even bother going here. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and when i got in the doctor talked to me for a total of 3 min. She didnt bother trying to figure out my problem whatsoever and basically concluded with tell me i was on my own. Fake Doctors and the people at the front desk are trash too i wont even hold back here I have nothing good to say about this place.
